The positive electrode plate includes a current collector, a conductive layer, a first active substance layer and a second active substance layer. The conductive layer, the first active substance layer and the second active substance layer are sequentially stacked on a surface of the current collector. By providing the conductive layer between the first active substance layer and the current collector, the defect of electrochemical corrosion on the surface of the current collector can be effectively overcome, thus reducing the interface impedance between the current collector and the second active substance layer and improving the performance of the secondary battery.

The external terminal is made of the second metal, and the rivet of the external terminal is joined to the second portion of the internal terminal.
