    Abstract: A computing device is provided comprising a processor, a first display device having a first capacitive touch sensor, a second display device having a second capacitive touch sensor, and a hinge positioned between and coupled to each of the first display device and the second display device, the first display device and second display device being rotatable about the hinge and separated by a hinge angle. The processor is configured to detect the hinge angle at a first point in time, determine that the hinge angle at the first point in time is outside a first predetermined range, and upon at least determining that the hinge angle is outside the first predetermined range, perform run-time calibration of at least a plurality of rows of the capacitive touch sensor of the first display device and of the capacitive touch sensor of the second display device.

    Abstract: An earphone includes a speaker housing; a speaker positioned in the speaker housing; a stem extending from the speaker housing, the stem defining an input surface; a conductive object disposed within the stem; a flexible circuit positioned between the stem and the conductive object; a member positioned between the flexible circuit and the conductive object operable to allow the flexible circuit to move with respect to the stem; a force sensor electrode disposed within the flexible circuit; and a controller operable to determine an input to the earphone using a change in capacitance detected using the force sensor electrode, the change in capacitance corresponding to a non-binary amount of a force applied to the input surface. In some examples, the earphone further includes a touch sensor electrode disposed within the flexible circuit.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a touch detection device and method, and an electronic apparatus. The touch detection device comprises: a charge amplification circuit connected to a sensing point of a touch panel and configured to receive an excitation signal and charges of the sensing point, amplify the charges of the sensing point, and output a capacitance change signal of the sensing point; and a capacitance compensation circuit connected to the sensing point of the touch panel and configured to inject compensation charges into the sensing point in a process during which a level of the excitation signal changes, wherein a polarity of the compensation charges is related to a direction of the level of the excitation signal changing. The embodiment of the present disclosure may compensate for or even eliminate the influence caused by the parasitic capacitance of the touch panel, improve the accuracy of touch detection, and save the circuit area.

    Abstract: A display device includes: a touch sensing unit on a front surface of an image display area and configured to sense a location of a touch; a display driver circuit configured to select one of first to third temperature sensing modes during a predetermined temperature sensing period and to generate at least one of first to third mode sensing control signals according to the selected temperature sensing mode; and a touch driver circuit configured to generate at least one of first to third temperature sensing map data in response to at least one of the first to third mode sensing control signals, wherein the display driver circuit is configured to compensate for image data based on at least one of the first to third temperature sensing map data and to display an image according to the compensated image data in the display area.
