    摘要: An interface makes it possible not only to link an automation system component in uniform fashion to a production management system but also to relieve the production management system. For this purpose a generic data server has a long-term data store integrated with the server, an integrated data analysis unit, and an integrated configuration means which is also usable for configuring the data analysis unit with respect to the analysis to be performed. The server relieves the production management system by performing preprocessing of data, and it simultaneously serves as a uniform interface between the production management system and the automation system component.

    摘要: In an apparatus for generating and managing production processing structure in a production management system of a factory, the structure of factory made up of the names or other identifiers of process points obtained by subdividing the factory production line is hierarchically registered in the storage device of the management computer (server; S200), the terminal computers and devices used in production are registered as terminal devices (S202), and tasks (from among tasks generated in advance and stored in the disk of the management computer) for achieving the operation or processing to be implemented at the process points are selected for each process point and registered in the order of execution (S204), while linking the terminal devices with definition information that correlates them, once the terminal computers are activated, the registered tasks are executed by the management computer (server) based on the definition information thus registered, so that the production record information is accumulated, production instructions are distributed to the devices based on the accumulated production record information, such that the product is produced. With this, the number of man-hours and the costs of developing the production management system in building a factory can be significantly reduced, and the turnaround time can be shortened.

    摘要: In a semiconductor manufacturing fabrication plant with production to-order type operation, hundreds of devices and various processes are managed. To provide short cycle time and precise delivery to satisfy customer expectations is a major task. A dispatching algorithm named "Required Turn Rate (RTR)" functions according to the level of current wafers in process (WIP) algorithm revising the due date for every lot to satisfy the demand from Master Production Scheduling (MPS). Further the RTR algorithm calculates the RTR of each lot based on process flow to fulfill the delivery requirement. The RTR algorithm determines not only due date and production priority of each lot, but also provides RTR for local dispatching. The local dispatching systems of each working area dispatch the lots by using required turn rate to maximize output and machines utilization.

The system may provide an efficient manner to update hundreds or thousands of site controllers with control setpoints and/or schedules having a common new setting with minimal user intervention. A user may easily setup a batch job by selecting multiple deployed control entities or schedules, specifying the desired setpoint adjustment and initiating the batch job execution. The system may perform the job unassisted by connecting each of the selected site controllers selected, locating the target control entity/schedule, and applying a schedule or setpoint update. The system may record a status of each significant action taken to perform the batch job execution so that the user can review the status at a later time.
