摘要: An instant photocopying apparatus has a rod lens array for imaging fine areas of a manuscript on a photosensitive surface of an instant film. The apparatus has a carrier which is movable in a direction parallel to the manuscript. A flourescent lamp illuminates the manuscript. A filter holder is mounted to the lower end of the carrier, and an optical filter is provided for covering a light incidence portion of the rod lens array. The filter is removably mounted so as to enable changing the exposure and tint of the photosensitive surface of the instant film by mounting or dismounting the filter.

摘要: An instant photocopying apparatus includes a case placed on a document and a base plate formed with a window through which the document is visible and which is pivotably mounted on the case. An opening portion is formed in an upper surface of the case in superimposed positional relationship with the window. An instant photosensitive material is provided which has a photosensitive surface and a printing surface for forming an inverted image of an image formed on the photosensitive surface as a visible image. A cassette accommodates the instant photosensitive material, and a cassette holder is provided on an upper surface of the case and into which the cassette is chargeable. The case incorporates an optical device for forming a narrow region of the document on the photosensitive surface as an erecting real image, a driving arrangement for moving the optical means in parallel to the document, a light source for illuminating the document with light and a shading arrangement for preventing unnecessary light from falling on the photosensitive surface.

摘要: A linear driving device is used for example in a copying apparatus. The linear driving device has a first and second linear driving section. The sections can displace a drum projection optical mechanism and an original document scanning optical mechanism from respective initial positions alternately in an original document scanning direction. A driving control section imparts a speed pattern for the drum projection optical mechanism and the original document scanning optical mechanism so that a speed ratio is at 2 to 1. The control section also controls the first and second linear driving sections according to the speed pattern. There is an initial position adjusting section for independently controlling the respective first and second linear driving sections according to external instructions, apart from the control to be effected by the driving control section. The initial position adjustment section compensates for errors caused during assembly or wear in order to keep an optical path constant.

摘要: A supporting apparatus for optical unit having an optical unit to expose an original set on a contact glass, a reciprocatingly movable supporting frame body equipped with the optical unit, a sliding member provided on both ends of the supporting frame body, and an eccentric cam mechanism provided on one end of the supporting frame body to vertically adjust one of the sliding member. By operating the eccentric cam mechanism, one end of the supporting frame body can be adjusted to a desired height so as to enable to adjust horizontality of the optical unit mounted on the supporting frame body. Furthermore, because a large gap is provided between a pair of sliding members provided on one end of each supporting frame body and the ends of the two supporting frame bodies where the sliding members are mounted are mutually disposed at reverse side, both supporting frame bodies can be caused to come as close at their home positions as possible.

摘要: A light quantity controller and an input device are disclosed. The light quantity controller comprises a light source, a photo-sensor to detect a light quantity of the light source, a signal source for generating a reference signal, a comparator for comparing the detected light amount with the reference signal, and control circuit to control a duty ratio of the energization to the light source in accordance with the compare result to maintain the light quantity of the light source at a constant level. The light quantity controller further comprises a comparator to compare the energization signal to the light source with a reference signal to detect the degradation of the light source. The input device has a key matrix including a plurality of input ports and a plurality of output ports of a control unit interconnected through switches. A signal source independent from the output ports of the key matrix is connected to at least one of the input ports through switches.

摘要: An image forming apparatus is so arranged as to form an image of an original document on a photosensitive member by accommodating the plate-like photosensitive member of a rectangular or square configuration placed on an exposure section base in a housing of the image forming apparatus. The exposure section base is disengageable from the housing in a horizontal direction and has a plurality of suction holes in a region on which the photosensitive member is placed. A switch detects when the exposure section base is inserted into the housing to reach a predetermined position, and a suction device then sucks air through the suction holes.

摘要: The slit exposure optical system for a copying machine generally includes two mirror-carrying movable tables of which one is driven at half the speed of the other. Normally each table is driven from one and the same end which means that the other end of each table must follow. If such following is not precise, aberrations in the optical system result. The present invention provides means for interconnecting the nondriver ends of the tables in such a manner that the movement of the nondriver ends will precisely follow the movement of the driver ends and aberrations are thereby avoided.
