    摘要: A bond between fluoroelastomer and polyamide resin is established by applying a silane-based primer composition to a surface of polyamide resin, heat treating at 100-200° C., applying a liquid fluoroelastomer composition to the primer coat at room temperature to 100° C., and heat curing at 100-200° C. for bonding the fluoroelastomer to the polyamide resin. The bond between fluoroelastomer and polyamide resin is maintained over a long period of time even in transmission oils.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a method of and composition for bonding a tubular first object to an inwardly located second object by using an adhesive coating. The coating includes water, a glue and a polymer. The coating is preferably applied to the inner surface of the first object and is dried so that the object may be stored for years prior to use. When ready for use, the coating is activated by wetting it with water so that the first tubular object can easily slide along the outer surface of the inwardly located second object to a desired position. The present invention further teaches a handgrip bonded to a golf club using the method described above.

    摘要: The bond strength between an elastomeric material and a secondary material is improved by applying a coating of isocyanate onto the surface of the elastomeric material prior to bonding the secondary material to the surface of the elastomeric material. The isocyanate is applied to the surface of the elastomeric material by exposing the elastomeric material to an atmosphere containing isocyanate vapor which is substantially uniformly distributed throughout the atmosphere and causing the isocyanate to deposit onto the surface of the elastomeric material. Then casting a second material onto the isocyanate coated surface.
