摘要: The invention relates to shipbuilding. A method for assembling a ship hull module comprising a transverse bulkhead section and two pairs of sections perpendicular thereto, consisting in that first the transverse bulkhead section is installed in a horizontal position, then the section of one of the pairs of sections perpendicular to the transverse bulkhead is installed in a vertical position and joined to the transverse bulkhead section. The assembled portion of the module is turned about the vertical axis, the section of the other pair is installed in a vertical position and joined to the already assembled portion of the module. The assembled portion of the module is again turned about the vertical axis, the remaining section of the first pair is installed in a vertical position and joined to the assembled portion of the module. Then the assembled portion of the module is turned once more about the vertical axis, the remaining section of the second pair is installed and joined to the assembled portion of the module to make up in such a way a ship hull module. An apparatus for effecting the method for assembling a ship hull module includes a bearing platform mounting a turnover platform fitted with a drive to turn it about the horizontal axis and with grippers to hold the sections of the module being assembled. An additional platform adapted to reciprocate in a vertical plane and to turn about the vertical axis of symmetry is disposed in close proximity to the bearing platform. The bearing platform is provided with movable bogies adapted to roll on to the additional platform.

摘要: A method of assembling middle bodies of vessel hulls for vessels to be used for the transportation of liquid, granular and gaseous cargoes, comprising preliminarily installing, between starboard side and port side D-type modules of the middle body, a deck section, a bottom section and a cross bulkhead outside the place of assembly of the middle body of a vessel hull thereby assembling a complete module. Then the assembled complete module is transferred to the place of assembly of the middle body of a vessel hull and attached to previously assembled and installed similar modules. The volume of the slipway operations is thus considerably reduced, hence the slipway time of the ship building period is cut down.

摘要: A complete boat formed of modular abutting and joined units, has high structural rigidity and waterproofness, with each modular unit being formed of fiberglass reinforced, resin treated, waterproof paperboard. A plurality of end to end joined, bent planar unitary hull units of U-shaped cross section have a transom spanning the end of the rearmost hull unit and a bow unit spans the end of the foremost hull unit. A plurality of V-shaped bottom panels are edge joined in a longitudinal array with their sides joined to the bottom of the hull unit sidewalls. The bow unit includes at least one V-shaped bow panel fixed at its rear edge to the leading end of the foremost hull unit and to the leading edge of the foremost V-shaped bottom panel. The bow unit may comprise two V-shaped panels defining a cathedral hull cooperating with a dual V-shaped bottom panel.

摘要: A composite boat structure comprising a hull and a liner fitting therewithin, wherein the hull and liner are formed primarily of materials having substantially different coefficients of thermal expansion, such as, aluminum and ABS plastic, respectively. The hull and liner are secured to each other by means which permit relative movement between the elements in response to differences in expansion and contraction resulting from temperature differentials.

摘要: A floating structure and method for obtaining same. The structure includes a first plurality of tubes and a second plurality of tubes. The second plurality of tubes are inserted into the first plurality of tubes to extend through the upper portion of same, and both sets of tubes are welded together. The ends of the tubes of the first plurality of tubes are closed in order to be used as flotation tanks when the floating structure is fitted out for such use. The method concerns locking the first plurality of tubes in place on the frame, with pairs of holes in each of the first plurality of tubes being aligned, and a corresponding tube of the second plurality of tubes being inserted through each pair of aligned holes by force. Each of the connection portions or parts contained in the tubes are welded on the periphery of the holes.

摘要: The present invention generally provides mold modules for constructing boat hulls, methods of constructing boat hulls using the mold modules, and hulls constructed using the mold modules. The modules may be adjustable, and may be included in a kit for building the hull of many boats of different dimensions but generally the same shape. Each mold module generally comprises a mold in a shape complementary to that of a portion of a boat hull, and an edge mold to form the edge of the hull part formed by that mold module. A mold module according to the present invention may also comprise one or more mold adjustment areas, and calibrators for selecting the boat hull dimensions. Methods for using the aforementioned mold modules generally comprise steps of molding hull parts, removing them from the mold modules, aligning them and finally attaching them together.

摘要: A ship hull structure includes a main hull and a movable rearbody having an engine and a propeller. The movable rearbody is located at a lower side of a stern of the main hull, connected with an aft of the main hull to form an integral unit by a hinge linking device allowing the rearbody to pivot up and down. By a block, a crane or a winch and through a chain or a hanging wire, a pivoting angle of the movable rearbody with respect to the main hull can be adjusted and controlled. A bottom of the hull can be provided with at least one, usually plural, air cushion recess, which is filled with pressurized air to reduce a viscous force between a bottom of the ship and water.

摘要: To provide the auxiliary float of a floating structure which can prolong the lifetime of the floating structure by reducing external force acting on the brace and can be used even at very deep water by increasing buoyancy, and to provide a remodeling method of the floating structure. The auxiliary float (11) comprises two floats (12) coupled, respectively, to lower portions of two lower hulls (1) constituting a floating structure, two main coupling members (13) for coupling the floats (12) to each other, and four sub-coupling members (14) for coupling the main coupling member (13) and the float (12). The auxiliary float (11) is produced in advance and the floating structure is mounted on the auxiliary float (11), and then the lower hull (1) and the float (12) are connected, thus remodeling the floating structure.
