    摘要: A modular system, for realising chambers that are joined to one another, includes a plurality of walls delimiting chambers and a plurality of joint elements, each configured to fasten two walls of the chamber to one another at a longitudinal corner of the chamber. Each of the joint elements includes a tubular body provided with at least an axial cavity, open at least at an end of the tubular body and conformed such as to be external of the chamber. Interconnectors are further provided, for interconnecting two chambers, including plugs configured to interconnect two joint elements of respective chambers, each plug being configured to be solidly associated to two tubular bodies of two reciprocally-facing joint elements, internally of the respective cavities, for joining two joint elements head to head.

    摘要: A vehicle constructed in the shape of tetrahedral. The vehicle may be an aircraft, a space-craft, a sub-surface vehicle, or an unmanned drone. A tetrahedral body component is one of: a regular tetrahedron, an extended tetrahedron, a foreshortened tetrahedron, a tapered tetrahedron, and a truncated tetrahedron. A means for propulsion is mounted to at least one of the faces of the tetrahedral body component. The means for propulsion may include a turbine engine, a water jet, a gas jet, or electromagnetic propulsion. In another embodiment, the means for propulsion include an engine and a propeller. The engine block is mounted internal to the tetrahedral body component, and is located at the intersection of a tetrahedral shape with a cube shape. The engine block is mounted to the tetrahedral body component by struts perpendicular to the faces of the engine block.

    摘要: The present document describes a dock unit attachable to another dock unit with a fastener for forming a floating dock. The dock unit comprises a floating body having a mating surface and an attachment adapted to receive the fastener. Thereby attaching the floating body is able to be attached to the other dock unit. The dock unit further comprises a cover for covering the mating surface, the cover having a contact surface adapted to contact the fastener. In use, the contact surface is positioned proximate the attachment so that, when the attachment receives the fastener, the contact surface is contacted by the fastener, thereby limiting the movement of the cover with respect to the floating body.
