    摘要: A cylindrical rubber elastic member for having a stabilizer bar inserted therein comprises an inner layer rubber with high sliding properties and an outer layer rubber provided outside of the inner layer rubber. Both the stability in operation and the riding comfort can be improved. Further, the rubber elastic member comprises a sliding surface made of a rubber with high sliding properties at the end face thereof. Frictional resistance can be lowered to prevent abnormal noise. A stabilizer bushing comprising a main body rubber portion of a sulfur-vulcanizable first rubber compound and a sliding rubber portion of a second rubber compound containing a sulfur-vulcanizable lubricant on the inner surface of the main body rubber portion, wherein the first rubber compound exhibits vulcanizability (JIS K 6300: curastometer) satisfying: t90(90% vulcanizing time)nullt50(50% vulcanizing time)null1.5 min and contains a crosslinking tackifier.

    摘要: A materials handling vehicle or fork lift truck may be equipped with either cushion or pneumatic tires. When converting the vehicle from cushion to pneumatic tires, the front axle is moved downward and the mast assembly is moved forward to provide adequate clearance. The rear axle is also moved downward and backward. Changing configurations requires the addition of only one component; all of the other axle mounting hardware can be either repositioned or its orientation reversed in order to accommodate the change.

    摘要: A transverse leaf spring assembly for a motor vehicle includes a transverse leaf spring which is arranged transversely to the motor vehicle. A bearing unit connects the transverse leaf spring to a body of the motor vehicle and has a holder and elastic dampers. Accommodated in the holder is an adapter which has an interior space suited to a cross sectional geometry of the transverse leaf spring, with the transverse leaf spring being received in the adapter between the elastic dampers.

In one example embodiment, the bushings are adhesively secured to the bar. In another example, the bushings are molded directly onto the bar. In example embodiments adhesively securing the bushing to the bar, a post bond adhesive is used and cured during a paint curing step after paint has been applied to the bar. Various example assemblies and methods of manufacturing are disclosed.

The method of manufacturing a resin spring includes the steps of forming an elastomer preform having inner closed chambers, compressing the preform by applying an external force to produce a permanently deformed portion to form a spring body having at least one permanently deformed inner chamber, injecting an inner-pressure generating resin into each of the at least one permanently deformed inner chamber of the spring body, and molding the inner-pressure generating resin into an inner-pressure generating member by using the spring body as part of a die.
