Abstract:
A system for the global generation, maintenance and distribution of reports of certain conditions in identified locations. The system generates and/or receives reports through an observer's mobile computing device (e.g., cell phone, smart phone, tablet computing device, or wearable computing device) equipped with a GPS receiver and system to ascertain the device's location, and with a camera or video camera to take an image or video of the condition that is being reported. The observer or other user can annotate a location on a computer-based map or mapping system, or otherwise edit information on such a map.
Abstract:
A mobile infill reclamation system comprising a mobile platform configured to be readily moved from a first location to a second location in relatively close proximity to an existing synthetic turf surface, a support structure mounted on the mobile platform, multiple processing components supported by the support structure and configured and arranged to process used infill material from the existing synthetic turf surface, an infill intake supported by the support structure and configured and arranged to receive the used infill material, and an infill output supported by the support structure and configured and arranged to discharge infill material processed by the processing components.

Abstract:
A process and a plant, even mobile, for the continuous cycle recycling of materials (2, 20) contained in products (1) coupled with other materials (V1 1″) by disintegration through water jets (5) at high flow ranging between 40-150 litre/minute and at high/ultra-high pressure ranging from 1700 to 6000 bar and products obtained from these.
Abstract:
A transportable system for separating materials in a waste stream. An arrangement of separation and grinding devices is mounted on a transportable platform. The devices are configured and arranged to produce three or more product streams from a plastic-rich feed mixture. One of the product streams is a coarse heavy stream, one stream is a ground plastic-rich product stream, and one stream is a ground light material stream. The system can be transported to a waste-goods location, operated to separate waste-goods, and relocated a new location.
Abstract:
The present invention is directed to solid products produced by extrusion of recycled plastic materials from urban sweeping materials, comprising a first component containing plastic polyethylene and polypropylene materials in a proportion that ranges between 25% and 30% of the final weight of the product; a second component of plastic PET type materials ranging between 30% and 40% of the total weight of the product; and a third component selected from: PVC, styrene, polyamides, polycarbonates, polystyrene, ABS, aluminum and cardboard. The present invention is further directed to independent movable equipment for recycling plastic-based sweeping materials, comprising a wheeled chassis to which a belt conveyor is mounted that ends at a mill, which ends at an extruder in whose end a mold able to give a predetermined final form to the obtained product is arranged.
Abstract:
A product obtained from the use of sweeping materials, more particularly by means of recycling domiciliary sweepings. The product obtained by the present invention may be: posts, tables, rods, braces, moldings, cords, roadside ditches, boards or plates (like agglomerated wood) for the manufacture of all type of mouldable products such as, rods, sewers, posts, and any other product that can be made from a mouldable plastic-based material. It comprises of: a first component containing plastic polyethylene and polypropylene materials in a proportion that ranges between 25% and 30% of the final weight of the product; a second component of plastic PET type materials ranges between 30% and 40% of the total weight of the product; and a third component selected from: PVC, styrene, polyamides, polycarbonates, polystyrene, ABS, aluminum and cardboard. A procedure for obtaining a product from sweeping materials is also an object of the present invention, including the step of: separating from sweepings materials plastic materials found without classifying nor washing them; crushing this material in a blades mill; simultaneously warming up and extruding said material to a temperature of up to 300° C.
Abstract:
A transportable machine reduces vehicle tires to a fine powder size suitable for incorporation into new articles of manufacture. An upper infeed assembly is mounted to a frame above a spring-loaded upwardly biased lower infeed assembly. A splayed tire is fed between guiderails on the upper and lower guide assembles and is driven along by upper drive sprockets and rides on lower idler sprockets. The tire is fed by a tire-feed positioned above a cutter bar and biased downwardly to clamp a cut splayed tire against the cutter bar and to feed the tire over the bar and into cutter blades mounted on a rotary blade assembly. The rotary blade assembly has a shaft mounted for rotation about an axis to the frame and has a plurality of cutter blades spaced about the shaft periphery. Each rotary cutter blade has a saw-toothed profile with triangular teeth. The tips or the moving blades are slightly spaced from the cutting edge formed on the fixed cutter bar. The fixed blade assembly cutter bar has a cutting edge parallel to and beneath the axis of the rotary blade shaft.
Abstract:
Portable apparatus for shredding waste materials, particularly reinforced resilient materials such as used pneumatic tire casings, in which generally cylindrical cutter rolls, each comprising a plurality of cutter discs, are intermeshed with one another to shear scrap material into smaller pieces, and feeder-stripper rolls, each comprising a plurality of feeder-stripper discs, are intermeshed with the cutter rolls but spaced apart from one another. The cutter rolls are rotated in opposite directions, and each feeder-stripper roll is rotated in the same direction as the cutter roll with which it is intermeshed, thereby feeding scrap material between the two feeder-stripper rolls toward the cutter rolls. The feeder-stripper discs extend deeply between the cutter discs to eliminate clogging. The feeder-stripper rolls may be movable to provide greater separation for receiving and feeding larger pieces of scrap material into the casting mechanism. A conveyor is pivotable with respect to the shredding mechanism to carry shredded material to any of several positions relative to the apparatus.
