摘要： A silver halide color photosensitive material is disclosed, characterized in that a lipophilic fine grain dispersed in at least one hydrophilic colloidal layer formed on a support contains at least one compound of formula (I) and at least one compound of formula (II):R.sub.1 --SO.sub.2.M.sub.1 (I)R.sub.2 --SO.sub.3.M.sub.2 (II)wherein each of R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 represents an aliphatic group having 8 or more carbon atoms, an aromatic group having 8 or more carbon atoms or a heterocyclic group having 8 or more carbon atoms; each of M.sub.1 and M.sub.2 represents a hydrogen atom or an inorganic or organic salt-forming atom or atomic group; also M.sub.1 represents a protective group to be hydrolyzed with alkali; and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate is excluded from the compounds of formula (II). The combined use of the compounds of formulae (I) and (II) can effectively control the formation of stains on the processed white ground after the lapse of time without substantially lowering the maximum color density.

摘要： There is provided a silver halide color photographic material containing a 6-hydroxychroman derivative in, combination with a specific coupler, i.e., a 5-pyrazolone type magenta coupler having an --SR group at the coupling position or a 5-pyrazolone type magenta coupler having an anilino group at the 3-position. The photosensitive material provides photographic images, quality of which is prevented from deteriorating as time passes. The photographic color images are free from discoloration or fading and do not form yellow stains on a white background.

摘要： A silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material is described, comprising a support having coated thereon at least one silver halide emulsion layer, the color photographic light-sensitive material having a photographic layer containing at least one kind of magenta coupler of 5-pyrazolone type having an arylthio group at the coupling position thereof, the arylthio group having an alkoxy group or an aryloxy group at the ortho position to the sulfur atom thereof and the alkoxy group and the aryloxy group being substituted with a cyano group, a halogen atom, a sulfonyl group, a sulfinyl group, a phosphonyl group, or an ##STR1## group, wherein A represents a chemical bond, an alkylene group, an arylene group, an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom, or an imino group; and B represents a hydroxy group, an alkoxy group, an aryloxy group, a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an aryl group, a heterocyclic group, an acyclic amino group, or a hydrazino group.The silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material containing the 2-equivalent magenta coupler has an excellent color forming property even when it is processed in a color developing solution containing a salt of alkaline earth metal, exhibits photographic properties which are not influenced by variations in the pH of the color developing solution, and provides a magenta color image having a good light fastness. A method of forming a color image using the silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material is also described.

This light-sensitive material provides color images which are stabilized, i.e., freed of fading and the discoloration of the white ground.
