Abstract: A medium-based method for inducing specific differentiation of dental stem cells into dopaminergic neurons is provided. The method includes seeding the dental stem cells at a concentration of 5000 cells/cm2, following 24-hour incubation, introducing the cells into first part neurogenic induction medium and continuing the medium application for 4 days; subsequently, introducing the cells into the second part neurogenic induction medium and continuing the medium application for 2 days; and terminating the differentiation at the end of 6 days. The objective of the present invention is to develop cellular applications for use in treatment of neurodegenerative diseases and medications related to the said diseases.

Abstract: A cartilage is generated by a formulation, wherein the formulation is produced by an isolated septal cartilage exosome released by cells isolated from a septal cartilage to a medium. The objective of the isolated septal cartilage exosome is to generate the cartilage to be used in a treatment of cartilage tissue defects, such as osteoarthritis or arthrosis, since the cartilage induces a cartilage formation and also suppresses an inflammatory response.

Abstract: Use of nano-sized lead borate compounds for treatment purposes due to their selective anticancer activity on p53 mutant breast cancer cell line, T47D is disclosed. The method of synthesizing nano-sized lead borates of the present invention comprises the steps of preparing a borate buffer solution by sodium hydroxide and boric acid, dissolving lead nitrate (and preferably PEG) in distilled water by stirring, mixing the borate buffer solution with the lead nitrate (and preferably PEG) solution, washing the resulting solution with distilled water and drying to remove the impurities.
