The invention discloses a finger type pulse and blood oxygen measuring device, including an upper shell suite and a lower shell suite that are installed with silica gel soft finger pad, and a semi-closed holding. A removable power supply module is installed in the lower shell suite. The beneficial effect of the invention is that because of the adoption of the removable type power supply module which is able to load the battery, it is easier to assemble and disassemble the battery. Additionally, the structure of the device facilitates manufacturing, enhances quality, and also increases the comfort of a person using the device.

This invention is a kind of electrooptic Q-switch element made of a single crystal and belongs to the application of crystal in electrooptic technology field. The invention consists of electrooptic Q-switch which is made of La3Ga5SiO14 or Nd:La3Ga5SiO14 or the other related crystal materials such as La3Ga5-xAlxSiO14, Sr3Ga2Ge4SiO14, Na2CaGe6O14, Ca3Ga2Ge4O14, La3Ga5.5Nb0.5O14 and La3Ga5.5Ta0.5O14 with the common shape or a specific shape containing Brewster angle as shown in figure. This kind of electrooptic Q-switch can be used in YAG laser and other laser. It overcomes the shortages of the commercial Q-switches, such as the high, un-adjustable, low stable half-wave voltage and great half-wave voltage variation with temperature. The advantage of this kind of electrooptic Q-switch is its low, adjustable, high stable half-wave voltage.

A clock and data recovery (CDR) circuit, a method of recovering a clock and data from a received raw data stream and a BI-PON optical network transceiver (ONT) receiver front-end incorporating the CDR circuit. In one embodiment, the CDR circuit includes: (1) a line rate CDR circuit having a voltage controlled oscillator, the line rate CDR circuit configured to recover a raw data stream at a receiving line rate, (2) a fixed-rate down-sampler coupled to the line rate CDR circuit and configured to down-sample the raw data stream based on a fixed-rate and (3) a variable-rate down-sampler coupled to the fixed-rate down-sampler and configured further to down-sample the raw data sample based on a variable-rate.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a service gateway, comprising a service session detection unit adapted to detect a service session request and the end of a service session. The service gateway further comprises a QoS negotiation unit, adapted to acquire quality of service (QoS) information of a service session after the service session request is detected by the service session detection unit, request corresponding service serving network resource according to the QoS information, and trigger to release the service serving network resource when the end of the service session is detected by the service session detection unit. In addition, the embodiments of the present invention also disclose a corresponding service serving system, QoS negotiation and service serving network resource release method. The present invention could implement a QoS request process without the participation of a terminal. Embodiments of the present invention are conveniently to be deployed and implemented, and the peer-to-peer QoS can be quickly deployed and implemented without changing the current network service server.

The present invention discloses an analogue-to-digital converter comprising at least two voltage comparator devices. Each of the voltage comparator devices comprises a differential structure of transistors and is arranged for being fed with a same input signal and for generating an own internal voltage reference by means of an imbalance in the differential structure, said two internal voltage references being different. Each voltage comparator is arranged for generating an output signal indicative of a bit position of a digital approximation of the input signal.

A call processing method, service control device and call processing system is provided. The method includes: correspondence relationship between a called number and a manage number is pre-established; service authentication of a caller is performed upon reception of information on a call request initiated by the caller to the called number; a call to the called number is initiated with the management number after authentication is passed; and a called terminal identifies the managed number and sets up communication with the caller after identification is passed, thereby avoiding direct calling of the caller to the called number without any authentication flow and improving service security.
