A method of manufacturing the lithium metal battery includes: mixing a glyme solvent and a lithium salt to obtain an electrolyte precursor; disposing the electrolyte precursor into the lithium metal battery; and performing hermetic immersion of the electrolyte precursor in the lithium metal battery to form the electrolyte.
