    Abstract: A display device includes: scan, control, and emission control signal lines, signals transmitted thereby being different from one another; data and driving voltage lines; a first transistor including a first gate electrode and first source and drain; a second transistor including a second gate electrode connected to a first scan line, a second source connected to a first data line, and a second drain connected to the first source; a light-emitting element; a control transistor including a control gate electrode connected to a first control line and between the driving voltage line and the first source or the light-emitting element and the first drain; and an emission control transistor in series between the light-emitting element and the control transistor, the control transistor and the first transistor, or the driving voltage line and the control transistor, and an emission control gate electrode connected to the emission control signal line.

    Abstract: A display panel is provided including a first substrate, an upper structure, and a first conductive pattern. The first substrate may include an upper surface and a lower surface on opposite sides of the first substrate, the upper and lower surfaces facing away from each other. The upper structure may be on the upper surface of the first substrate. A first conductive pattern layer may be on the lower surface of the first substrate.     Abstract: An emissive display device includes a polycrystalline semiconductor including a channel, source region, and drain region of a driving transistor disposed on a substrate. The device includes a gate electrode of the driving transistor overlapping the channel of the driving transistor, an oxide semiconductor including a channel, a source region, and a drain region of a second transistor disposed on the substrate, and a first connection electrode. The first connection electrode includes a first connector electrically connected to the gate electrode of the driving transistor, a second connector electrically connected to a second electrode of the second transistor, and a main body disposed between the first connector and the second connector. The device includes an initialization voltage line disposed on the substrate and applying an initialization voltage.     Abstract: A display device includes a substrate including a first display area and a second display area. The first display area includes first pixel areas, each including one or more first pixels. The second display area includes second pixel areas including one or more second pixels and a light transmittance area having a higher light transmittance than the second pixel area. The first and second display areas include a common electrode that transmits a constant common voltage. The common electrode in the second display area includes patterned regions that correspond to a first light transmittance area included in the light transmittance area. A thickness of the common electrode in the patterned regions is smaller than a thickness of the common electrode in a region other than the patterned regions or equals zero. The patterned regions and the second pixel areas extend alternately along a first direction in the second display area.
