Abstract: A display device includes a substrate including a display region, and a peripheral region that is outside of the display region, a plurality of dummy pads at the peripheral region, an insulating layer covering the plurality of dummy pads, wherein top surfaces of first portions of the insulating layer above the plurality of dummy pads are higher than top surfaces of second portions of the insulating layer between the plurality of dummy pads, and a plurality of pads over the second portions of the insulating layer at the peripheral region.

Abstract: A display apparatus is provided including a display area and a non-display area. The display area includes a display element and the non-display area includes a pad portion. A first thin-film transistor (TFT) is arranged in the display area. The first TFT includes silicon and a first gate electrode. A second TFT is arranged on a first insulating layer covering the first gate electrode and includes an oxide and a second gate electrode. A first voltage line extends in a first direction. A data line is spaced apart from the first voltage line. A connection wire is disposed in the display area and connects the data line to the pad portion. The connection wire includes a first portion extending in the first direction and a second portion extending in a second direction crossing the first direction, and the first portion overlaps the first voltage line.

Abstract: A display apparatus includes a first display area including a plurality of pixel areas, and a second display area including a plurality of pixel areas and a plurality of transmission areas and arranged adjacent to the first display area. The plurality of pixel areas each includes sub-pixels each including a pixel circuit and an organic light-emitting device electrically connected to the pixel circuit. The pixel circuit includes a thin-film transistor and an inorganic insulating layer on the thin-film transistor, and the thin-film transistor includes a semiconductor layer and a gate electrode. The organic insulated layer extends in the transmission areas.
