Abstract: A configuration for a UE to utilize grant periodicity values that are not multiples or fractions of a slot. The apparatus receives, from a base station, a configuration for a periodicity for a configured grant, the configured grant being for communicating with the base station based on the corresponding periodicity. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first wireless device may be configured to transmit one or more reference signals to a second wireless device using a first antenna array at the first wireless device and in accordance with a first precoder matrix. The first wireless device may receive, from the second wireless device based on the one or more reference signals, a feedback message indicating an estimated rotational misalignment, an estimated spatial misalignment, or both, between the first antenna array at the first wireless device and a second antenna array at the second wireless device. The first wireless device may then transmit a message to the second wireless device in accordance with a second precoder matrix that is modified relative to the first precoder matrix based at least in part on the estimated rotational misalignment, the estimated spatial misalignment, or both.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a user equipment (UE) or a base station, or both, may determine a configuration for partitioning a set of sequences into multiple sequence pools associated with multiple UEs. The UE or the base station, or both, may determine a sequence pool associated with the UE based on the configuration, which may include parameters or instructions for determining the sequence pool associated with the UE. The UE or the base station, or both, may select a subset of sequences from the sequence pool associated with the UE and construct a codebook including the subset of sequences. The UE may select a sequence from the constructed codebook based on a quantity of bits of a payload and may transmit the payload to the base station using the selected sequence.

Abstract: Aspects relate to technologies and techniques for sequence-based, non-coherent wireless channel transmission of a payload on a physical uplink channel. A transmitter converts information bits of a payload to be transmitted to a decimal integer value that is, in turn, used to generate a modified maximum sequence (m-sequence) based on one or more predetermined parameters such as an m-sequence generating polynomial, a starting location in the sequence, and an initialization. The generated modified m-sequences are modulated using modulation schemes such as π/2 binary phase-shift keying and quadrature phase-shift keying for transmission on the physical uplink channel.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may monitor for two or more messages from a base station. The UE may transmit, to the base station, at least one bit (e.g., in first stage uplink control information (UCI)) that is based at least in part on combined acknowledgement feedback associated with the two or more messages and that indicates a subset of possible decoding events associated with the two or more messages. In some aspects, the UE may further transmit at least one additional bit (e.g., in second stage UCI) that is based at least in part on the combined acknowledgement feedback and that indicates a different subset of possible decoding events associated with the two or more messages. Abstract: Aspects presented herein may enhance a HARQ feedback operation to improve data retransmissions by using tri-state HARQ feedback, and may enable a UE to construct a codebook for tri-state HARQ feedback. In one aspect, a UE determines whether tri-state HARQ feedback or bi-state HARQ feedback is configured based on a DL carrier. The UE generates HARQ feedback for at least one of a received PDCCH or a received PDSCH on the DL carrier based on the determination whether the DL carrier is configured with the tri-state HARQ feedback. The UE transmits the generated HARQ feedback.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A configuration for a reference signal used to determine a non-linear behavior of transmission components at a transmitting device may be determined. The configuration for the reference signal may be determined based on signaling transmitted by the transmitting device, signaling transmitted by a device that receives the reference signal, or both. Additionally, or alternatively, the configuration for the reference signal may be determined based on a configuration of other signals transmitted by the transmitting device prior to or concurrently with the transmission of the reference signal. The determined configuration may be used to generate and transmit the reference signal or to determine a configuration of a received reference signal. In both cases, a non-linear response of transmission components at the transmitting device may be determined based on the reference signal.
