    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Autonomous transmissions between a user equipment (UE) and a base station may be configured that include at least one of a modulation and coding scheme (MCS) or resources for the transmissions. In some cases, a trigger may be detected that changes the MCS or resources to be used for the autonomous transmissions. The trigger may include the presence or absence of retransmissions or the value of a channel measurement falling below or exceeding a threshold value. Accordingly, the base station and UE may adjust the MCS or resources to be used for the autonomous transmissions based on detecting the trigger and then communicate using the adjusted MCS or resources. In some cases, the configuration for the autonomous transmissions may be signaled via a medium access control (MAC) control element (CE).

    Abstract: Generally, the described techniques provide for a device determining or receiving signaling including a packet delivery time window configuration that indicates delivery windows within which transmissions may be held and/or delivery opportunities within which communications are expected to be transmitted. For example, the device may identify a packet delivery time window configuration for communications with another device. The packet delivery window configuration may indicate a periodicity, offset, start time, end time, and/or duration of the delivery windows, among other information. Based on the identified packet delivery time window configuration, the device may delay transmission of the data packet (e.g., for the duration of one or more configured delivery windows). At, for example, the end of the respective delivery window, the device may deliver the data packet to a network device for which the information of the data packet is to be used.

In one aspect, a method of wireless communication includes transmitting, by a network entity, a logical channel prioritization (LCP) restriction configuration for a logical channel indicating a set of Sounding Reference Signal (SRS) configurations associated with the logical channel; determining, by the network entity, data of the logical channel of a particular UE is to be scheduled; transmitting, by the network entity, an uplink grant indicating an uplink grant instance for the particular UE, wherein the uplink grant instance indicates an SRS configuration of the set of SRS configurations; and receiving, by the network entity, a transmission corresponding to the uplink grant instance and including the data of the logical channel.     Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and devices for signaling enhancements. In one aspect, a User Equipment (UE) can receive a configuration to transmit one or more sounding reference signals (SRSs) based on a downlink control information (DCI). The UE can also receive an indication of a plurality of non-contiguous resource blocks (RBs) based on the DCI. The UE can transmit a first SRS on a first set of one or more RBs of the plurality of non-contiguous RBs. Additionally, the UE can transmit a second SRS on a second set of one or more RBs of the plurality of non-contiguous RBs. The first set of one or more RBs and the second set of one or more RBs may be separated by a distance of at least one RB.
