Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In an example, a method includes a first node receiving a precision time protocol (PTP) message, identifying one or more timing domains to be supported by the first node based at least in part on the PTP message, and sending, to a second node of the wireless communication network, an indicator of the one or more timing domains to be supported by the first node. Another example at a node includes receiving, from additional nodes of the wireless communication network, indicators of one or more timing domains supported by the additional nodes, receiving a PTP message associated with a timing domain, and sending the PTP message to a subset of the additional nodes based at least in a part on the indicators of one or more timing domains supported by the additional nodes.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for autonomous reference signal transmission configuration. Certain aspects provide a method of receiving a configuration message from the base station, wherein the configuration message comprises an indication of a set of candidate resources for transmitting the reference signal. Certain aspects provide a method of detecting a future downlink transmission from the base station, and other aspects provide a method of transmitting, in response to detecting the future downlink transmission, the reference signal utilizing a first resource of the set of candidate resources prior to receiving the future downlink transmission via a second resource in the set of candidate resources.

Abstract: Aspects described herein relate to receiving, from a base station, a configuration for sending downlink control information (DCI) feedback for a downlink control channel monitoring occasion, where the configuration indicates one or more of an uplink control channel resource and an uplink shared channel resource over which to send the DCI feedback. DCI can be received from the base station over the downlink control channel during the downlink control channel monitoring occasion. DCI feedback can be transmitted, based on receiving the DCI, to the base station over the one or more of the uplink control channel resource and the uplink shared channel resource indicated in the configuration.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Autonomous transmissions between a user equipment (UE) and a base station may be configured that include at least one of a modulation and coding scheme (MCS) or resources for the transmissions. In some cases, a trigger may be detected that changes the MCS or resources to be used for the autonomous transmissions. The trigger may include the presence or absence of retransmissions or the value of a channel measurement falling below or exceeding a threshold value. Accordingly, the base station and UE may adjust the MCS or resources to be used for the autonomous transmissions based on detecting the trigger and then communicate using the adjusted MCS or resources. In some cases, the configuration for the autonomous transmissions may be signaled via a medium access control (MAC) control element (CE).

Abstract: Aspects for MAC-CE duplication for packet repetition in uplink and downlink are disclosed. In one particular aspect a method of wireless communication includes receiving, by a user equipment (UE), a message including a component carrier (CC) identifier (ID) for a particular Medium Access Control (MAC) control element (MAC-CE). The method also includes receiving, by the UE, a first MAC-CE via a first CC of a plurality of CCs, and receiving, by the UE, a second MAC-CE via a second CC of the plurality of CCs. The CC ID included in the message corresponds to a CC ID for the second MAC-CE. The method further includes combining, by the UE based on the CC ID for the second MAC-CE, a first signal corresponding to the first MAC-CE and a second signal corresponding to the second MAC-CE to generate a combined signal for decoding.

Abstract: Generally, the described techniques provide for a device determining or receiving signaling including a packet delivery time window configuration that indicates delivery windows within which transmissions may be held and/or delivery opportunities within which communications are expected to be transmitted. For example, the device may identify a packet delivery time window configuration for communications with another device. The packet delivery window configuration may indicate a periodicity, offset, start time, end time, and/or duration of the delivery windows, among other information. Based on the identified packet delivery time window configuration, the device may delay transmission of the data packet (e.g., for the duration of one or more configured delivery windows). At, for example, the end of the respective delivery window, the device may deliver the data packet to a network device for which the information of the data packet is to be used.

Abstract: In an aspect of the disclosure, a method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided. The apparatus may be a user equipment (UE). The apparatus may transmit a supported configuration of the UE for at least one of SRS transmission or CSI-RS reception for communication with a plurality of TRPs. The apparatus may receive, in response to transmitting the supported configuration, configuration information for at least one of the SRS transmission or the CSI-RS reception, wherein the configuration information is generated based on the supported configuration. The apparatus may communicate, with at least a subset of the plurality of TRPs, using at least one of the SRS transmission or the CSI-RS reception on resource elements assigned based on the configuration information. A base station connected to the TRPs may use the SRS/CSI-RS for cluster management and scheduling or to estimate downlink channels to determine precoding for downlink transmissions.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a network controller of a wireless communication system may receive a time-sensitive network (TSN) traffic configuration that indicates a duration of a gate open state for a TSN traffic flow and a periodicity with which the gate open state occurs; configure one or more quality of service (QoS) parameters, associated with the wireless communication system, for a QoS flow that is to carry the TSN traffic flow, wherein the one or more QoS parameters are configured based at least in part on one or more TSN capability parameters associated with the network controller and at least one of the duration of the gate open state or the periodicity; and transmit the one or more QoS parameters to a base station of the wireless communication system. Abstract: A wireless communication system is provided allowing a base station to indicate RTT compensation for UEs to adjust their local time clocks to correct propagation delay timing errors and synchronize with the global clock of a base station. A base station sends a downlink transmission including timing information to a UE and receives an uplink transmission from the UE after the downlink transmission. The base station determines a RTT compensation associated with the timing information based on a RTT between the downlink transmission and the uplink transmission. The base station then transmits the RTT compensation to the UE. UEs are thus allowed to synchronize at a high precision with the time clock of the base station. UEs may be configured with different resolutions or granularities in timing correction so that certain UEs can achieve high precision timing correction while other UEs can adjust their time clocks with less precision.
