    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support a sensing charging subscription. In a first aspect, a method of wireless communication includes transmitting a request to a network entity to participate in a bi-static sensing operation. The method also includes performing the bi-static sensing operation with the network entity. The method further includes transmitting transmit sensing information associated with the bi-static sensing operation. The charging information is associated with sensing charging subscription information. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, the described techniques provide for a user equipment (UE) to select a synchronization signal from multiple synchronization signals received at transceiver nodes of the UE based on configured selection rules. The UE may receive control signaling from another UE, a base station, or some other device indicating a rule for selecting between multiple synchronization signals received across transceiver nodes of the UE. The selection rule may indicate signal quality comparison metrics for selecting the synchronization signal, such as reference signal received power (RSRP) metrics, timing metrics, priority metrics, or a combination thereof. The UE may select a synchronization signal for deriving a timing at the UE based on the selection rule. The UE may forward the selected synchronization signal to one or more other UEs by transmitting the selected synchronization signal via each transceiver node at the UE.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described in which multiuser superposition transmission (MUST) is used to provide multiple concurrent sidelink transmissions using a same set of time and frequency resources. A transmitting user equipment (UE) may provide an indication of concurrent MUST transmissions in sidelink control information (SCI), and a receiving UE may decode one or both of a MUST base layer communication and a MUST enhancement layer communication. The base layer communication may include broadcast or groupcast transmissions to multiple UEs, and the enhancement layer communication may include a unicast transmission between the transmitting UE and a single receiving UE. The indication of concurrent transmissions may be provided in a first stage SCI, and parameters for decoding the base layer and enhancement layer transmissions may be provided in one or multiple second stage SCI transmissions.

A server may request sensed location information from a first device to verify location information reported by the first device or one or more additional devices.     Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a first UE determine a sidelink positioning reference signal (PRS) pattern for a sidelink position estimation procedure, the sidelink PRS pattern including at least one PRS transmission occasion for each of a group of UEs on a shared communication medium, and performs one or more attempts to transmit a first PRS on one or more PRS transmission occasions associated with the first UE in accordance with the sidelink PRS pattern. In another aspects, a second UE determines the sidelink PRS pattern, and monitors a first PRS transmission occasion for receipt of a first PRS from a first UE in accordance with the sidelink PRS pattern.
