Abstract: A method for wireless communication performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving, from a base station, a first indication to disable hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback for a number of instances of a multicast transport block (TB). The method also includes receiving, from the base station, a second indication identifying a value of the number of instances of the multicast TB. The method further includes receiving, from the base station, one or more instances of the multicast TB. The method still further includes determining, based on the one or more received instances, whether the multicast TB is recoverable. The method further includes selectively transmitting, to the base station, HARQ feedback after all instances of the multicast TB have been transmitted by the base station based on the determination of whether the multicast TB is recoverable.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. In some wireless communications systems, a user equipment (UE) may support two or more uplink switching periods for transmit chain switching. The UE may transmit a UE capability message indicating the UE capability to support a first uplink switching period and a second uplink switching period for transmit chain switching. The first uplink switching period and the second uplink switching period may each correspond to different switching periods associated with configuration switches between different transmit chain configurations of the UE. The UE and a base station may select an uplink switching period from among the first uplink switching period and the second uplink switching period. The UE may transmit an uplink data message to the base station after a preparation time that is based on the uplink switching period.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a network entity, a power headroom report (PHR) including first power headroom information for a configured carrier configured for uplink communication and second power headroom information for at least one unconfigured carrier that is unconfigured for uplink communication. The UE may further receive, from the network entity, a message indicating a selected carrier comprising one of the configured carrier and the at least one unconfigured carrier in response to the PHR, and may transmit, to the network entity, an uplink transmission via the selected carrier. Abstract: A wireless communication device can flexibly change subcarrier spacing (SCS) and/or cyclic prefix (CP) in wireless communication. The wireless communication device can transmit, in a first sidelink resource of a sidelink resource pool, a first sidelink transmission using a first configuration of suhcarrier spacing (SCS) and cyclic prefix (CP).
