Abstract: An electrolytic capacitor includes a capacitor element, a solid electrolyte layer, and an electrolyte solution. The capacitor element includes an anode body on a surface of which a dielectric layer is formed. The solid electrolyte layer is provided on the dielectric layer and includes a conductive polymer and a polymer dopant. The electrolyte solution is impregnated into the capacitor element and contains a polyhydric alcohol and a borate ester.

Abstract: A power storage device has a power storage element and an electrolytic solution. The power storage element includes an anode body, a cathode body opposed to the anode body, and a separator interposed between the anode body and the cathode body. The separator includes a separator base material and a conductive polymer deposited on the separator base material. The power storage element is impregnated with the electrolytic solution. The separator has a first surface layer, which includes a first surface opposed to the anode body, and a second surface layer, which includes a second surface opposed to the cathode body. The first surface layer has a first region in which the conductive polymer is deposited, and the second surface layer has a second region in which the conductive polymer is not deposited.

The first surface layer includes a first region that is not provided with the conductive polymer, and the second surface layer includes a second region provided with the conductive polymer.

Abstract: An electrolytic capacitor includes a capacitor element, and a liquid solution with which the capacitor element is impregnated. The capacitor element includes: an anode foil having a dielectric layer thereon, and a cathode layer including a conductive polymer and in contact with the dielectric layer. The liquid solution contains at least one of polyalkylene glycol and derivatives thereof. A total weight content of polyalkylene glycol and derivatives thereof in the liquid solution is 15 wt % or greater with respect to a weight of the liquid solution.

Abstract: An electrolytic capacitor includes a capacitor element, and an electrolyte solution with which the capacitor element is impregnated. The capacitor element includes an anode foil having a dielectric layer on a surface thereof, and a solid electrolyte layer including a conductive polymer and in contact with the dielectric layer of the anode foil. The electrolyte solution contains at least one of polyalkylene glycol and a derivative of polyalkylene glycol, and at least one of diphenyl amine, naphthol, nitrophenol, catechol, resorcinol, hydroquinone, and pyrogallol.

Abstract: An electrolytic capacitor includes a capacitor element and an electrolytic solution. The capacitor element includes an anode body with an oxide film, and a solid electrolyte in contact with the oxide film. The electrolytic solution contains a solvent and a solute. The solvent contains at least one selected from the group consisting of a lactone compound, a glycol compound, and a sulfone compound. The solute includes a first acid component and a base component. The first acid component includes at least one of a benzenedicarboxylic acid and a derivative of the benzenedicarboxylic acid. The base component includes at least one of an amine and an amidine. A concentration of the solute in the electrolytic solution ranges from 15% by mass to 40% by mass, inclusive. A ratio (V/Vw) of a formation voltage V of the oxide film to a rated voltage Vw of the electrolytic capacitor is less than or equal to 1.7.
