Abstract: A double-sided pressure-.sensitive-adhesive-layer-attached polarizing film is disclosed having a polarizing film nearest to a viewer-side of an nnage display device, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer A located on the viewer-side of the polarizing film, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer B on a side of the polarizing film that is opposite to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer A. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layers A and B are equipped with separators SA and SB, respectively. The polarizing film is a single-side protected polarizing film having a polarizer of 15 pm or less thickness and having a transparent protective film on only a single side of the polarizer. The pressure-sensitive adesive layer B is located on the transparent protective film side of the single-side protected polarizing film. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer A has a thickiess of 25 μm or more: and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer B has a thickness of 25 μm or less.

Abstract: Provided is a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for optical use which less suffers from a misoperation-causing change in capacitance upon application to an optical member.The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for optical use includes a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and has a dielectric constant of from 2 to 8 at a frequency of 1 MHz and a dielectric loss tangent of more than 0 and 0.2 or less at a frequency of 1 MHz. The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for optical use preferably has a dielectric constant at a frequency of 1.0×106 Hz being 60% or more of that at a frequency of 1.0×104 Hz. In addition, the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for optical use preferably has an absolute value of difference between the dielectric loss tangent at a frequency of 1.0×106 Hz and that at a frequency of 1.0×104 Hz of 0.15 or less.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention is a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet including a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer includes an acrylic polymer obtained by polymerizing monomer components; the monomer components includes alkyl (meth)acrylate having a linear or branched alkyl group having 10 to 16 carbon atoms and a hydrophilic monomer; the content of the alkyl (meth)acrylate is 30% by weight or more in relation to the total amount (100% by weight) of the monomers; and the content of the hydrophilic monomer is 10% by weight or more in relation to the total amount (100% by weight) of the monomers.
