The button-fixing member according to the invention includes a base and a post. The post is hollow and includes a triangular pyramid-shaped or quadrangular pyramid-shaped post top and a cylindrical post barrel which extends between the post top and the base. The post top has three or four pyramid-element faces and three or four ridge portions between the pyramid-element faces. The post barrel has slits or grooves which are elongated in the axial direction at the positions circumferentially corresponding to the ridge portions.

    摘要: A button is disclosed that includes a die cast button body for which a secondary or an additional process (e.g., a squeeze process) is unnecessary and for which a degree of freedom for design of the upper surface center of the button body can increase. A shank of a fastening member is provided with a shank distal end having a small diameter, a shank proximal portion having a larger diameter than that of the shank distal end, and a shank stepped portion. A shank receiving space of the button body for receiving the shank is provided with a shank receiving small diameter portion which receives the shank distal end and which has an axial length larger than that of the distal end, a shank receiving large diameter portion which receives a distal side part of the shank proximal portion, and a shank receiving stepped portion. The shank receiving stepped portion has a stepped portion edge boundary with the small diameter portion. When the button is attached to cloth, the shank receiving stepped portion bumps into the shank stepped portion, causing the stepped portion edge to stick into the shank proximal portion.

    摘要: A motorcycle body frame includes a main frame including a head pipe for supporting a front suspension at the front end thereof, a single leading frame portion extending rearwardly from the head pipe, and a rear frame portion for supporting a rear wheel suspension. The rear frame portion extends substantially downwardly from a rear part of the leading frame portion. The main frame, cast from an aluminum alloy, includes two component parts arranged front-to-rear. For example, a front frame portion is provided, and a rear frame portion is fixed to the rear side of the front frame portion. The leading frame portion has a small section portion, where the main frame is smallest in sectional area, disposed substantially centrally in the longitudinal direction thereof. The two component parts of the frame are joined at a coupling portion of the main frame situated in back of the small section portion.
