Abstract:
A latch circuit is provided on the input side of write-in circuit of a semiconductor memory device which is so formed that a common data line is used for data writing-in and data reading-out. Write-in data read serially into the latch circuit in a word unit is temporarily stored and held, so that the data is written simultaneously into various memory cells for in column units of the memory array.
Abstract:
In a presence service system, at least two terminals are connected via a network to each other for communicating presence information therebetween. Each terminal applies a presence notification policy registered corresponding to a condition regarding presence information. A presence service system, a presence apparatus, a presence service method, and a presence service program make it possible to mitigate presence policy setting load imposed onto the user.
Abstract:
A method for producing flake-like dried DOG by making DOG containing from 10 to 50% by mass of a liquid go through a continuous melt-drying step of a specified condition and then making it go through, as a next step, a vacuum-drying step of a specified condition or a ventilation-drying step of a specified condition while holding a molten state thereof, to obtain DOG in which the liquid in DOG is reduced to not more than 0.5% by mass (dried DOG), and flaking the obtained dried DOG in a flake production step.
Abstract:
A presence-at-home information acquisition system is provided with an identifier table update means and a presence-at-home information distribution control means. When a user inputs permission to acquire presence-at-home information on the user, an identifier table update means stores a first identifier for identifying the user and a second identifier designated by a request for acquisition of the presence-at-home information in an identifier table storage means, with both identifiers associated with each other. The presence-at-home information distribution control means judges whether or not the second identifier is stored in the identifier table storage means. When judging that the second identifier is stored, the presence-at-home information distribution control means acquires the presence-at-home information on the user specified by the first identifier associated with the second identifier from the presence-at-home information storage means.
Abstract:
There is provided a sample manipulating apparatus 1 which is an apparatus of manipulating a sample S mounted on a substrate surface 2a, in which at least a position data and a shape data are acquired by observing the sample S, thereafter, a tweezers 4 is positioned by moving means 5 such that the sample S is positioned between an observing probe 15 and a grasping probe 16 based on the two data, after the positioning, a height of the tweezers 4 is set to a position of being remote from the substrate surface 2a by a constant distance by moving means 5 while monitoring a result of measurement by displacement measuring means 7, thereafter, the grasping probe 16 is moved to a side of the observing probe 15 while monitoring the result of measurement by the displacement measuring means 7 at the set height and the sample S is grasped while detecting a grasping start point.
Abstract:
A leaf spring 4 constituting an elastic member one end of which is fixed to a foundation 6, and other end of which is brought into contact with a laminating type piezoelectric element 2 or a driven member 5 is constituted such that a thickness is thinned from a side of the foundation 6 to a side of the laminating type piezoelectric element 2 to make a moment of inertia smaller on a side of a portion of other end held by the laminating type piezoelectric element 2 than a portion on one end side fixed to the foundation 6. Further, a strain gage sensor 8 is attached to a side face 4a of the leaf spring 4 constituting one face of one end of the leaf spring 4 proximate to the laminating type piezoelectric element 2 orthogonal to a direction of elongating and contracting the laminating type piezoelectric element 2 constituting a side of the driven member 5.

Abstract:
A signal conversion circuit for converting an inputted differential signal into a single-ended signal comprises a differential amplifier circuit for amplifying the differential signal, and generating a first non-inverted signal and a first inverted signal being inverted the first non-inverted signal, a first inverter for generating a second non-inverted signal being inverted the first inverted signal and an interpolation unit for interpolating a phase difference between the first non-inverted signal and the second non-inverted signal.
Abstract:
A process for producing a polyol by reacting an aliphatic aldehyde with formaldehyde in the presence of a basic catalyst, which comprises a step of concentration which comprises removing water and unreacted formaldehyde from a reaction liquid by distillation; a step of extraction which comprises extracting the polyol from a concentrated reaction liquid with an extracting reagent; a step of washing with water which comprises washing an extract liquid with water and separating the liquid into an oil layer containing the polyol and an aqueous layer; wherein by useing an specific aliphatic aldehyde as the extracting agent and recovering the extracting reagent from the oil layer containing the polyol after adjusting pH of the oil layer, a high purity polyhydric alcohol can be obtained at a high yield with suppressed formation of byproducts such as acetal compounds and aldol compounds.
Abstract:
In a queue object control system in which store terminals, user terminals, and a queue control server are connected by way of a network so as to allow communication, the queue control server includes: store groups in which a plurality of stores are controlled as group turn-waiting queues; a store group control unit that receives usability states of the stores from store terminals and then determines whether any of the stores are available for use; a queue manipulation unit that receives requests from user terminals to register in the queues of store groups, registers the user terminals in the group turn-waiting queues, and, when any store of the store groups becomes available for use, selects user terminals that are registered in the group turn-waiting queues; and a usability notification unit that transmits notification of usability of stores that have become available for use to user terminals that have been selected.
