    Abstract: In the present invention, a user equipment (UE) receives physical random access channel (PRACH) configuration information. The UE determines a part of PRACH resources among PRACH resources configured based on the PRACH configuration information, if a random access (RA) procedure is triggered. The UE performs the RA procedure using only the determined part of the PRACH resources. The PRACH configuration information includes a periodicity value N, expressed in number of configured PRACH resources. The determined part of PRACH resources are every N-th configured PRACH resource, starting from a specific PRACH resource for the RA procedure, among the PRACH resources configured based on the PRACH configuration information.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to uplink signal transmission by a user equipment (UE) in terms of timing advance value in a wireless communication system. According to an embodiment of the invention, the UE applies a predetermined timing advance value for a TAG (Timing Advance Group) if the TAG includes only one or more first type cells. Here, a random access procedure is not supported on the first type cells. Based on it, the UE transmits the uplink signals to the network on one of the first type cells based on the timing advance value applied for the TAG.

    Abstract: An operation method related to sidelink of a second user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system includes transmitting, by the second UE, assistance information including a plurality of first discontinuous reception (DRX) configuration related information to a first UE, wherein the plurality of first DRX configuration related information is transmitted to a base station (BS) by the first UE, and receiving, by the second UE, one or more second DRX configuration related information transmitted by the BS. The second DRX configuration related information is determined based on the assistance information including the plurality of first DRX configuration related information.
