    摘要: A method and apparatus for the thermal treatment of alkali-containing pulverent raw material used in the manufacture of cement in which the material is preheated in a preheater and after sintering in a furnace is conveyed to a cooler. Alkali free exhaust air from the cooler is conveyed into the preheater for heating the material and the alkali-containing furnace exhaust gases are cooled by means of adding a portion of the pulverized raw material to them in a heat exchanger. The alkali salts are condensed and are separated off in a dust collecting chamber.

    摘要: An apparatus for the heat treatment of fine-grained material, particularly pulverized raw material for use in the manufacture of cement, the apparatus comprising a preheater composed of a plurality of superimposed cyclones, the preheater feeding a rotary kiln. An exhaust conduit is connected to the rotary kiln and has a combustion zone formed therein. The gas discharge from one of the intermediate cyclones is directed into the combustion zone. The exhaust conduit includes a pair of upper and lower concentric conduits, the upper conduit having its lower end received in spaced relation to the upper end of the lower conduit and terminating at the combustion zone. A fuel feed conduit is disposed between the lower end of the upper conduit and the upper end of the lower conduit. The arrangement provides for a more efficient treatment of finely divided particles with the hot gases.

    摘要: A method for the thermal treatment of mineral raw materials containing calcium carbonate and similar carbonates, particularly for the production of calcined products such as burnt lime, cement, magnesite, dolomite or the like wherein the raw material carriers of the calcium or other carbonate constituents are supplied to the calcining unit with a particle size of from 1 mm to 25 mm. The calcareous constituents are preferably supplied to the calcining unit with a particle size from 1 mm to 4 mm. To achieve this condition, the raw material containing the calcareous constituents is preferably pre-crushed to a particle size below 200 mm and pre-homogenized. It is then supplied to a drying comminution system connected to the calcining unit at the gas side and is suspended therein in direct heat exchange relationship with the gases. The material is preferably processed by means of single-stage crushing and grading to form the appropriate particle size. The upper limit of the grain size is determined by the amount of free lime content or of the ignition loss of the calcined product to the extent that the limit is lowered with a high free lime content or a high ignition loss.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for the thermal treatment of mineral raw materials for the manufacture of cement clinker wherein the raw materials are separately preheated and at least partially calcined in separate first and second preheating systems. One of the systems is charged with a mixture of raw materials and fuel, usually a low-grade fuel, to produce calcined meal and exhaust gases. The exhaust gases are passed from the first preheating system into the second preheating system to aid in preheating and calcining the raw materials therein. The calcined meals from both the first and second preheating systems are jointly introduced into a burning system to form cement clinker which is then cooled in the usual way. Additionally, exhaust gases from the burning system and from the cooler can be passed into the second preheating system for preheating and calcining the raw materials.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for burning fine grained products, such as raw cement meal, wherein the product is preheated in a preheating stage, calcined in a calcining stage, and is burned into clinker in a clinker stage followed by cooling in a cooling stage. The heating of the largely calcined product in the temperature range of about 900.degree. C. to the beginning of alite formation which occurs at approximately 1250.degree. C. is carried out under the fastest possible temperature rise conditions and the clinker reaction is carried out in concurrent flow with the gas stream in the burning stage. The clinker is then graded into a coarse grained fraction and a fine grained fraction which are then cooled in separate coolers after separation from the gas stream.

    摘要: A burner for introducing a suspension of solid fuel particles into a combustion chamber which includes a tubular conduit arranged to receive the suspension therethrough, and flow diverting means positioned at the discharge end of the conduit, and subdividing the cross section of the discharge end into a plurality of discharge openings. The burner may include a centrally disposed conduit which is coaxial with and surrounded by the tubular conduit, and an outer conduit surrounding the tubular conduit and coaxial therewith. The flow diverting means can be positioned at various positions between the respective conduits, to create a turbulent suspension of particles in the primary air stream, creating an aspirating effect for drawing secondary air into the burner along with the turbulent suspension of solid fuel particles.
