摘要： A tip plug is capped on a boss section so as to fit to a hole which is used for detaching a core which is formed in a blade tip section of the gas turbine blade. A butt-section T is melted so as to form a butt-welding section by using a YAG laser beam. Also, parameters such as an interval between the butt-section T, a member for forming the tip plug, condition for a laser welding operation, and a defocus position of the laser beam are optimized.

A method of manufacturing the impeller includes inclining a main plate material of the impeller with respect to a plane of a table of a machine tool by a desired angle, fixedly mounting the plate on the table after placing the plate on a rotation indexable jig, controlling three axial positions of the plate in the right and left, front and rear and upper and lower direction by a three-axis controller and cutting out the main plate or side plate by a cutting tool to integrally form the impeller blades on the plate.

The trimming capacitor is connected in parallel to the oscillation frequency setting capacitor. The trimming capacitor has capacitors each of which has a variable capacitance according to an input signal thereof. The full adder is connected to the trimming capacitor. The full adder generates the input signal based on frequency information and an automatic proofreading value received thereto.

摘要： When a three-dimensional structure is formed by welding a plurality of members, accurate welding can be performed matching the three-dimensional shape. The teaching data consisting of the three-dimensional position at each of the welding points determined on each of the welding lines at a predetermined spacing on the basis of the design data of the three-dimensional structure is stored in a memory 18. A laser slit light sensor (a laser slit light emitting section 12 and a CD camera 13) is controlled by a total controller 17 via a camera controller 14 to photograph the welding point in order to obtain the image data of the welding point. An image processing apparatus 16 processes the image data to determine the amount of deviation from the design data of welding points. The total controller modify the teaching data on the basis of the amount of deviation from the design data of welding points to establish the modified teaching data and controls a welding head so that it moves according to the modified teaching data.
