Abstract: A service data transmission method, user equipment, and a network device are provided. The method includes: determining, by a network device, a control message used to indicate at least two SPS configurations, and sending the control message to user equipment; and receiving, by the user equipment, the control message sent by the network device, and activating the at least two SPS configurations based on the control message, where each of the at least two activated SPS configurations is used to transmit corresponding service data. In embodiments of the present invention, at least two SPS configurations can be simultaneously performed, thereby improving service data transmission efficiency.

Abstract: First configuration information is configured for a second device by a first device. The first configuration information is used to indicate a first time-frequency resource allocated by the first device. The first time-frequency resource is different from a second time-frequency resource that is allocated by the first device to a third device in a same group. The first time-frequency resource comprises a third time-frequency resource and a fourth time-frequency resource. The third time-frequency resource is a time-frequency resource used when the first device receives a message sent by the second device. The fourth time-frequency resource is a time-frequency resource used when the first device sends a message to the second device. The third time-frequency resource is different from the fourth time-frequency resource. Control information that includes the first configuration information is sent by the first device.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a network access method for a low power terminal. The method includes: finding, by a low power terminal, at least one high performance terminal in a first resource pool based on a synchronization signal and a broadcast channel of a virtual micro cell that are sent by a high performance terminal; determining, from all found high performance terminals, a first high performance terminal that needs to be used to access a network; obtaining configuration information through a broadcast channel of a virtual micro cell of the first high performance terminal, where the configuration information includes a second resource pool; and sending a random access request to the first high performance terminal by using a resource in the second resource pool.

Abstract: A resource indication method and a related device, where the method includes obtaining system resource information of a second system, and sending indication information using a resource of a first system, where the indication information indicates the system resource information such that a device receiving the indication information determines the system resource information based on the indication information. Hence, an indication message indicating a system resource of the second system is sent using the resource of the first system. Therefore, a user equipment directly determine the system resource information of the second system based on the indication information, and efficiency of accessing the second system by the user equipment is improved.
