    Abstract: This application relates to a communication method and a communications device. The communication method includes: determining, a first signal to be sent on a first uplink carrier; determining a second signal to be sent on a second uplink carrier, where the first uplink carrier corresponds to a first radio access technology, and the second uplink carrier corresponds to a second radio access technology; and when a first transmission timing corresponding to the first signal is different from a second transmission timing corresponding to the second signal, and if the first signal and the second signal overlap in time domain, sending, a third signal, where the third signal is the second signal, or is the second signal or a part of the first signal, where the part of the first signal is carried on a symbol that does not overlap with a symbol corresponding the second signal.

    Abstract: Example resource allocation methods and apparatus are described. One example method includes that a terminal device receives downlink control information sent by a network device, where the downlink control information includes a resource allocation field, the resource allocation field includes formula (I)+5 bits. The terminal device determines the first resource indication value, and determines, based on the first resource indication value, a starting resource block allocated in the uplink bandwidth and a length L CRP, s of consecutive resource blocks allocated in the uplink bandwidth, where M≤LCRBs≤6, and M is a positive integer greater than 1. The terminal device sends data on resources corresponding to the starting resource block and the length of the consecutive resource blocks. The methods and the devices provided in the embodiments of this application may be used in a communications system, for example, V2X, V2V, the Internet of Vehicles, MTC, DE-M, M2M, or the Internet of Things.

    Abstract: A random access method and apparatus, the method includes: receiving, by a first node, first information sent by a second node, where the first information is used to determine a first transmit power, and the first transmit power is a power used when the first node sends downlink information to the second node over a first link; and the first link is a link between the first node and the second node, and the first node is an upper-level device of the second node; and determining, by the first node, the first transmit power based on the first information. Therefore, the first node determines the first transmit power based on the first information, and uses the first transmit power when sending the downlink information to the second node over the first link, so that interference between signals received by the second node can be reduced.

    Abstract: This application provides a reference signal sending method, a reference signal receiving method, an apparatus, and a device, to provide a reference signal sending or receiving mechanism. A first network device determines at least one frequency reference point. The first network device generates a reference signal based on the at least one frequency reference point, and sends the reference signal in the first frequency band. A frequency reference point is determined based on a frequency band. In this case, both the first network device that sends the reference signal and a second network device that receives the reference signal may determine the frequency reference point based on the frequency band, and the two network devices may determine a same reference signal at a same frequency domain location, so that the reference signal sent by the first network device can be correctly detected by the second network device.

    Abstract: An information processing method, a terminal device, and a network device are provided. In one method, a first bit in downlink control information includes two bits, a bit status of the first bit may belong to a first state set or may be a second state, and a terminal device may perform multi-TB scheduling or single-TB scheduling based on the first bit. When the bit status of the first bit belongs to the first state set, the first state set is {01, 10, 11}, N=4, and the downlink control information includes a first field, the bit status of the first bit can be used to determine a quantity L of TBs scheduled by the downlink control information, and a bit status of five bits of the first field can be used to determine HARQ process numbers of the L TBs and NDI information of the L TBs.

    Abstract: This application discloses an information indication method, a terminal device, and a network device. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal device, indication information from a network device, where the indication information indicates at least one of frequency location information or bandwidth information, the frequency location information includes one of a number of a first subcarrier, an absolute radio frequency channel number of the first subcarrier, or a first frequency, and the bandwidth information includes one of first bandwidth, a second subcarrier quantity, a first resource block quantity, or a second resource block bitmap; and determining, by the terminal device, a first resource based on the indication information, where the first resource is a to-be-reserved resource. According to this application, reliability of a determined location of a resource that needs to be reserved in a system is improved.
