Abstract: The present disclosure provides an image decoding method based on a wavelet transform. The method includes: performing entropy decoding on the compressed bitstream to obtain a reconstructed wavelet coefficient; dequantizing the reconstructed wavelet coefficient to obtain a dequantized wavelet coefficient; and performing N inverse wavelet transforms on the dequantized wavelet coefficient based on the wavelet transform model to obtain a reconstructed image, where the wavelet transform model is implemented based on a convolutional neural network (CNN).

Abstract: A time synchronization method and a device, where the method includes generating, by a first device, a first time synchronization frame according to a first coding scheme, where the first time synchronization frame includes a first frame header and a first time of day (TOD), the first frame header carries an identifier of the first coding scheme, and the first coding scheme defines a boundary of the first time synchronization frame and a location of the first TOD in the first time synchronization frame, and sending, by the first device, the first time synchronization frame to a second device using a first single line to trigger the second device to identify the first time synchronization frame according to the identifier of the first coding scheme, to obtain the first TOD from the first time synchronization frame, and to trace a time of the first device according to the first TOD.

Abstract: The present invention provides a network topology hiding method and device. The method includes: receiving a first service request, where the first service request is sent by a subscriber through a first network function entity and includes a name of the first network function entity and a subscriber identifier; determining a virtual name set corresponding to the name of the first network function entity, where the virtual name set includes at least two virtual names; and determining one virtual name from the virtual name set, and replacing the name of the first network function entity with the determined virtual name. The unfixed replacement further ensures effectiveness of network topology hiding.

Abstract: A method and a network device for managing Diameter routing are disclosed in the communication technology. The network device avoids frequently sending a Diameter message on a faulty routing. In the method: a network apparatus receives a first Diameter message configured to be delivered to a destination node. The network apparatus determines a routing status of a primary routing from the network apparatus to the destination node according to recorded routing status from the network apparatus to the destination node. The network apparatus sends the first Diameter message through the primary routing if the routing status of the primary routing is normal. The network apparatus sends the first Diameter message through an alternative routing from the network apparatus to the destination node if the routing status of the primary routing is faulty.
