Abstract: This application provides a polar encoding method and apparatus. The method can include obtaining a basic sequence, where the basic sequence includes N0 subchannel numbers. The method can also include sequentially reading first subchannel numbers from the basic sequence, and sequentially reading 2m second subchannel numbers from the basic sequence starting from an Mth subchannel number based on the first subchannel number read each time; and adding q*N0 to each of the 2m second subchannel numbers to obtain 2m third subchannel numbers. Furthermore, the method can include constructing a polar code by using subchannels corresponding to the 2m third subchannel numbers as information bits. A polar code with another code length is constructed based on a sequence with a length of N0. A length of a polar code that needs to be stored is therefore reduced, which reduces complexity and is also easy to implement.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to random access preamble transmission methods, apparatuses, and storage mediums. In one example method, a terminal device determines, based on a target sub-coverage area to which the terminal device belongs in a preset coverage area of a network device, target random access preamble format information corresponding to the target sub-coverage area. Then, the terminal device sends, to the network device on a target time-frequency resource indicated by target random access preamble time-frequency resource information corresponding to the target random access preamble format information, a random access preamble corresponding to the target random access preamble format information.

Abstract: This disclosure provides data processing methods. One example including a network device obtains target information that includes a transmission delay difference corresponding to a target beam or a target cell; determines a first preamble format based on the transmission delay difference, and then determines first configuration information used to indicate the first preamble format and a first set of random access occasions included in a random access period, where an interval between random access times included in the first set of random access occasions is greater than or equal to a preamble length corresponding to the first preamble format; and generates a corresponding first configuration index based on the first configuration information. The preamble formats required for different beams or cells can be determined based on transmission delay differences corresponding to the different beams or cells, and then configuration information of a random access occasion is further determined.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a cell handover method and apparatus. A first network device of a first cell obtains user information of a terminal device, and then the first network device may determine handover information based on the user information and running information of the first network device, so that after the first network device sends an RRC message including the handover information to the terminal device, the terminal device may perform N consecutive cell handovers based on the handover information. In the N cell handovers, the first network device only needs to obtain the user information once, to configure handover conditions for the N subsequent handovers in advance at a time. This simplifies a network signaling procedure, reduces network overheads, and reduces handover response time. The embodiments of this application are applicable to a network handover in a satellite scenario.

Abstract: According to a scheduling method and apparatus in a communication system, and a storage medium, a communication device obtains system status information, where the system status information includes network status information; obtains a scheduling policy based on the system status information and a deep neural network; and performs communication according to the scheduling policy. The deep neural network is obtained through training based on historical system status information, and the historical system status information includes system status information in all scheduling periods before a current scheduling period. Therefore, the scheduling policy obtained based on the deep neural network can meet a balancing requirement of throughput and fairness and solves a problem of low performance of an existing communication system.

Abstract: This application provides a data sending method and apparatus, and a terminal device. The method includes: determining, by a terminal device, a transmit power based on first information, where the first information includes at least one of the following information: information about a channel coding type of uplink control information in an uplink control channel, information about a length of a check code bit in the uplink control information, information about a quantity of resources occupied by an uplink reference signal in the uplink control channel, information about whether the uplink control channel is sent in a frequency hopping manner, or a transmission format of the uplink control channel; and sending, by the terminal device, the uplink control channel based on the transmit power, so that communication reliability and accuracy can be improved.

Abstract: This application provides a wireless communication method and device. The method includes: obtaining downlink control information DCI and a scrambled sequence that are sent by a network device, where bits corresponding to the scrambled sequence are scrambled with each piece of configuration information of a plurality of pieces of configuration information used for configuring a terminal device by the network device, each piece of configuration information corresponds to at least one bit in the scrambled sequence, and at least one bit of the bits that correspond to each piece of configuration information does not correspond to another piece of configuration information of the plurality of pieces of configuration information; descrambling, based on a possible value of each piece of configuration information, the bits that correspond to each piece of configuration information, to obtain a descrambled sequence; and performing a check operation by using the descrambled sequence and the DCI.
