Abstract: A method includes selecting N cells waiting to be camped on from a candidate cell list, decoding a Physical Broadcast Channel (PBCH) of each of the selected N cells waiting to be camped on, selecting, from at least one cell whose PBCH is successfully decoded, one cell as a cell continuing waiting to be camped on, and when a remaining minimum system information (RMSI) decoding result of the cell continuing waiting to be camped on indicates that the cell continuing waiting to be camped on meets a camping criterion, determining the cell continuing waiting to be camped on as the cell to be camped on.

Abstract: A first communication apparatus obtains a sampling cycle. The sampling cycle is a time interval at which the first communication apparatus samples occupancy of a first buffer. The first buffer is used to store a data packet of a first priority. The first communication apparatus determines occupancy of the first buffer at a first sampling moment based on the sampling cycle. The first communication apparatus determines first duration based on the sampling cycle and the occupancy of the first buffer at the first sampling moment. The first duration is duration for which a second communication apparatus stops sending data to the first communication apparatus. The first communication apparatus sends first indication information to the second communication apparatus based on the first duration.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method and a terminal for implementing multi-antenna transmission. The method includes: setting a group of low-correlation antennas and a group of high-correlation antennas, where the correlation between antennas in the group of low-correlation antennas is lower than the correlation between antennas in the group of high-correlation antennas; receiving a response message carrying a transfer mode switching instruction fed back by an evolved NodeB; and extracting the transfer mode switching instruction from the response message fed back by the evolved NodeB; if the transfer mode switching instruction is corresponding to a first transfer mode, switching to the group of low-correlation antennas to transmit signals; and if the transfer mode switching instruction is corresponding to a second transfer mode, switching to the group of high-correlation antennas to transmit signals.

Abstract: This application provides a flow rate control method and apparatus. The flow rate control method in this application includes: receiving N explicit congestion notification packets CNPs from a first device, where the N CNPs correspond to a first data flow, and N is a natural number; and sending M CNPs to a second device based on the N CNPs, where the M CNPs correspond to the first data flow, and M is an integer greater than N. This application resolves a problem that rate increase processing is still performed on a data flow when the data flow is congested.

Abstract: A communication method includes a first network device that receives a service packet from a first endpoint device, where a destination media access control (MAC) address of the service packet is a specific local MAC address of a second endpoint device, the specific local MAC address includes an indication prefix and location information, the indication prefix indicates that the specific local MAC address includes the location information, and the location information indicates an access location of an endpoint device in a network. The first network device determines an egress port from a preset routing table based on the location information in the specific local MAC address of the second endpoint device, and sends the service packet through the egress port, where the routing table includes the location information and the egress port corresponding to the location information.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a bandwidth adjustment method and a related device, so as to flexibly adjust a bandwidth. A controller obtains behavior characteristic statistics sent by an end cloud node device, and obtains bandwidth resources remaining on a system. The behavior characteristic statistics are a statistical result indicating behavior characteristics of occupying network bandwidth resources by a user when accessing the end cloud node device. The controller determines a bandwidth adjustment amount of the end cloud node device according to the behavior characteristic statistics and bandwidth remaining on the system. The controller sends a bandwidth adjustment instruction to a first network device. The bandwidth adjustment instruction is used to instruct the first network device to adjust, according to the bandwidth adjustment amount, a bandwidth allocated to the end cloud node device by a network device on a transmission link.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a packet processing method and a network device, so as to effectively resolve a problem that a quantity of concurrent packet processing policies is limited in a network device due to scarce hardware resources of a packet forwarding chip. A method part in the embodiments of the present disclosure includes: obtaining, by a first network device, identification information; processing, by the first network device, a packet when receiving the packet, where a processed packet includes the identification information, and packets corresponding to different preset policy information include different identification information; and sending, by the first network device, the processed packet to a second network device, so that the second network device matches a corresponding policy for the processed packet based on the identification information.
