Abstract:
Identification of regions-of-interest within cell maps is disclosed. In certain embodiments, identification of the regions-of interest is based on the use of a plurality of biomarkers, which may be used to generate a multiplexed image of a tissue sample. Based on the identified regions, cells may be extracted and localized sequence data may be generated specific to the regions-of-interest.
Abstract:
The invention relates generally to a method for interactive viewing and analysis of high content data in a biological pathway context. The high content data maybe related to the expression of biomarkers within a tissue, cellular, or cellular compartment of individual cell such that the data may reveal patterns of expression to identify a biological process, a clinical diagnosis or prognosis.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to techniques for inducing physiological perturbations in a subject via neuromodulation, e.g., peripheral neuromodulation of a region of interest of an organ. The nature and degree of the perturbations may be related to the subject's clinical condition. Accordingly, an assessment of one or more characteristics of the perturbations may be used to determine a clinical condition of the subject.
Abstract:
The subject matter of the present disclosure generally relates to techniques for following a treatment protocol having one or more treatment parameters to cause a targeted physiological outcome at a distal site, assessing an expression level of a gene in a region of interest after completing the treatment protocol, and modifying the one or more treatment parameters based on the expression level of the gene. The treatment protocol may include one or more ultrasound energy treatments to the region of interest.

Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to characterization of biological samples. By way of example, a biological sample may be contacted with a plurality of probes specific for targets in the sample, such as probes for immune markers and segmenting probes. Acquired image data of the sample may be used to segment the images into epithelial and stromal regions to characterize individual cells in the sample based on the binding of the probes. Further, the biological sample may be characterized by a heterogeneity of the characterized cells.

Abstract:
The subject matter of the present disclosure generally relates to techniques for neuromodulation of a tissue that include applying energy (e.g., ultrasound energy) into the tissue at multiple regions of interest, concurrently or consecutively. The neuromodulation may result in tissue displacement, which may be observed through changes in one or more molecules of interest.
