    摘要: A security translator (STL) that serves for connecting a data network (N2) pertaining to a lower security level to a data network (N1) pertaining to a higher security level examines its own integrity at definite intervals in order to ascertain malfunctions and, where appropriate, to trigger a transition to the secure failure state. The secure failure state consists in the connection from the data network with a lower security level to the data network with a higher security level being interrupted. This is obtained by means of a watchdog circuit (WD1, WD2) which keeps the connection (CTN) between the data network (N2) with a lower security level and the data network (N1) with a higher security level closed as long as it receives regular signs of life and which automatically interrupts the connection if it receives no sign of life over a predetermined period.

    摘要: A method for calculating local part radiation doses in a radiotherapy system for applying a total radiation dose in a target volume with several beams is provided. The method includes determining at least one first control plane for controlling the dosing of the beams, determining at least one second control plane for controlling the positioning of the beams, and allocating beams to the first and second control planes. The method also includes, for at least one side of a first control plane, calculating in isolation of the corresponding local part radiation doses of all the beams allocated to the first control plane.

    摘要: The invention discloses the cloning, expression and uses of a chimeric fusion protein with superior chaperone and folding activities compared to the wild type chaperones. This invention relates to a chimeric fusion protein encoded by a recombinant DNA molecule containing nucleotide sequences coding for a polypeptide binding segment of a non-human chaperone protein and nucleotide sequences coding for an FK506 binding protein (FKBP) or an FK506-binding-protein-like domain (FKBP-like domain). In particular, this invention relates to a chimeric fusion protein encoded by a recombinant DNA molecule containing nucleotide sequences coding for a polypeptide binding segment of a non-human chaperone protein and nucleotide sequences coding for a human FKBP type peptidyl-prolyl-cis/trans isomerase (PPIase), methods of producing these chimeric fusion proteins and their uses as folding helpers in the production of other proteins and in the process of the production of vaccines or pharmaceuticals, and as folding helpers for performing immunoassays.
