Abstract: The disclosure discloses a shift register unit, a driving method thereof, a gate driving circuit and a display device. The shift register unit comprises an input circuit, a reset circuit, a control circuit, a pull-down circuit and an output circuit, a first control terminal of the output circuit is coupled to a first node, its first input terminal is coupled to a second clock signal terminal, its first output terminal is coupled to a signal output terminal, both terminals of the pull-down circuit are coupled to a first clock signal terminal and the first node, respectively, and the pull-down circuit may pull down the potential of the first node via the first clock signal terminal, which may thus avoid that the potential of the first node also rises when the potential of the second clock signal terminal rises, and the signal of the second clock signal terminal is mistakenly provided to the signal output terminal to cause various poor display.

Abstract: A quantum dot photoresist and a manufacturing method thereof, a display substrate and a display device are provided. The manufacturing method of the quantum dot photoresist includes: mixing quantum dots, photodiffusion materials and photoresist mother solution; surface treatment is carried out on the photodiffusion materials or the quantum dots. The quantum dot photoresist prepared by the manufacturing method of the quantum dot photoresist can be applied to the display device, and the photodiffusion materials can refract incident light to the quantum dots, so that light irradiated onto the quantum dots is increased, and thus, a problem of a low utilization rate of the incident light can be solved, and a display effect of the display device can be enhanced.

Abstract: This disclosure discloses a flexible printed circuit, a chip on film, and a bonding method and a display device using this flexible printed circuit and chip on film. The flexible printed circuit/chip on film of this disclosure comprises a humidity detection layer located between a flexible base film and a metal foil, wherein the humidity detection layer and the flexible base film, and/or the humidity detection layer and the metal foil, are optionally bonded by an adhesive layer. The humidity detection layer can change resistance and/or color according to the humidity, so that intuitive and rapid localization of coating defects is performed directly (by color change) or by means of a detecting lead and an impedance/voltage detecting circuit, and finally the object of reducing the ratio of defective products is achieved.

Abstract: A method for forming a mask pattern is provided, comprising forming a negative photoresist on a substrate; in an environment without oxygen, to performing a first exposure on the negative photoresist by use of a first ordinary mask plate, so that a fully-cured portion of the negative photoresist is exposed to light and a semi-cured portion and a removed portion of the negative photoresist are not exposed to light; in an environment with oxygen, performing a second exposure on the negative photoresist by use of a second ordinary mask plate, so that the semi-cured portion of the negative photoresist is exposed to light and the removed portion of the negative photoresist not exposed to light; removing the uncured negative photoresist and forming the mask pattern.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to a device and method for detecting performance of panel driving circuit. The device comprises a plurality of point light sources, a plurality of optical fibers, a light source driving circuit and a detection circuit. Abstract: A manufacturing method of an array substrate is provided. The method includes sequentially depositing a first electrode layer and a gate metal layer on a base substrate, the first electrode layer including at least two conductive layers, formation materials of the at least two conductive layers having different etching rates. The method also includes forming a photoresist layer on the gate metal layer, exposing and developing the photoresist layer using a halftone mask plate, performing a first etching process on the gate metal layer, etching the first electrode layer, and ashing the photoresist layer, performing a second etching process on the gate metal layer by using remaining photoresist layer as a mask, stripping the remaining photoresist layer, and sequentially forming a semiconductor layer, a source and drain electrode layer, a via-hole and a second electrode layer on the gate metal layer on which the second etching process has been performed.
