    Abstract: A manufacturing method for a micro light-emitting diode (LED) display panel includes: providing a base substrate carrying a plurality of LED dies, each LED die including a first semiconductor layer, a light-emitting material layer, a second semiconductor layer and a first conductive layer, the first semiconductor layer being bonded with the base substrate through a sacrificial layer, a material of the sacrificial layer being decomposable under laser irradiation; providing a backplane having a plurality of bonding structures; bonding at least some LED dies of the plurality of LED dies to at least some of the plurality of bonding structures through respective first conductive layers; and peeling each of the at least some LED dies from the base substrate through laser lift-off.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a haptic feedback base plate, a haptic feedback apparatus and a haptic feedback method. The haptic feedback base plate comprises: a substrate and a deformation unit disposed on one side of the substrate. The deformation unit comprises a first electrode, a piezoelectric material layer and a second electrode that are arranged in a stacked manner, the first electrode is arranged close to the substrate, the first electrode and the second electrode are configured to form an alternating electric field, and the piezoelectric material layer vibrates under the effect of the alternating electric field and drives the substrate to resonate, wherein a difference between a frequency of the alternating electric field and an inherent frequency of the substrate is less than or equal to a preset threshold.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides a mass transfer method and device for micro light emitting diode chips. The method includes the following steps: performing magnetic pole electroplating on the micro light emitting diode chips obtained by peeling off the sapphire substrate to enable corresponding magnetic poles to be generated at corresponding positions of the micro light emitting diode chips; peeling off the transfer substrate, and placing the micro light emitting diode chips obtained by peeling off the transfer substrate in a dispersion liquid to form a solution in which micro light emitting diode chips are dispersed; and the display substrate picks up the micro light emitting diode chips dispersed under the action of the magnetic field force.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a display substrate, including a substrate, and a driver circuit, an insulation layer and a bonding electrode sequentially superposed on the substrate.
