    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a display panel, a mobile terminal and a method for controlling a mobile terminal which may allow a user to perform single hand operations on a large-size mobile terminal to improve the convenience of the mobile terminal. The display panel includes: a first substrate; a second substrate arranged opposite to the first substrate; and a single hand operation sensing unit arranged on the first substrate or the second substrate, which is configured to sense a single hand holding operation of a user and to trigger the display panel to demagnify an operation graphic interface displayed in full-screen and display the demagnified operation graphic interface in a predetermined single hand operation comfortable region positioned on the basis of a holding position in case that the single hand holding operation of the user is sensed.

    Abstract: A circuit and method facilitate driving a display panel to display an image with improved brightness uniformity are disclosed. In the circuit, an image information extraction sub-circuit extracts, and sends to a compensation processing sub-circuit, display information of each of the plurality of pixels based on the image. The compensation processing sub-circuit then divides a display region of the display panel into a plurality of sub-regions, obtains an average brightness value of each sub-region, and further determines whether a compensation is needed for displaying the image based on a uniformity of the average brightness values of all sub-regions. If so, the compensation processing sub-circuit further performs compensation to an input voltage and/or an effective light output area of each of the pixels to be lightened in each sub-region to thereby obtain an improved brightness uniformity when displaying the image.

The LED substrate includes a receiving substrate, the receiving substrate is provided thereon with a pixel definition layer and a plurality of LED units, the pixel definition layer defines a plurality of sub-pixel regions, each of the plurality of sub-pixel regions is configured to receive at least one of the plurality of LED units, and a solder point and an auxiliary metal member are both provided in the sub-pixel region, the auxiliary metal member is provided at a periphery of the solder point, an interval is provided between the solder point and the auxiliary metal member in a plan view of the receiving substrate, and a melting point of the auxiliary metal member is higher than a melting point of the solder point.

    Abstract: An OLED display substrate, a touch display panel and a display device are provided. The OLED display substrate has a base substrate and a display region, the display region includes: a plurality of first sub-regions arranged at intervals and second sub-regions located between the first sub-regions; at least one OLED light-emitting unit located in the first sub-regions; a plurality of optical sensing units located in the second sub-regions, and first drive electrode lines and first transmission electrode lines connected with the optical sensing units and intersecting with each other; wherein, the optical sensing unit includes a photosensitive sensor, and the photosensitive sensor is configured to generate an electric signal according to a light intensity change of a sensed touch point; and the first drive electrode line and the first transmission electrode line are configured to provide the electric signal to determine a position of the touch point.

    Abstract: A solar cell and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The method comprises: forming a first electrode layer on a substrate; forming a semiconductor film of first conduction type on the first electrode layer; forming a germanium film on the semiconductor film of first conduction type, and topologizing the germanium film by using a functionalization element so as to obtain a semiconductor film of second conduction type having characteristics of topological insulator, the semiconductor film of first conduction type mating with the semiconductor film of second conduction type having characteristics of topological insulator to form a p-n junction; and forming a second electrode layer on the semiconductor film of second conduction type. The solar cell manufactured according this method has higher electric energy conversion efficiency.
