Abstract: A manufacturing method of a display substrate, an array substrate and a display device are provided. The method includes forming a first wire, a first insulation layer, a first and second metal layer, and a photoresist layer; forming a photoresist retained pattern above the first wire; forming a second and first metal layer retained pattern under the photoresist retained pattern; forming a second insulation layer with a thickness less than or equal to a sum of thicknesses of the first and second metal layer; the second insulation layer forming a fracture region at a boundary between a part covering the first insulation layer and another part covering the second metal layer retained pattern; removing the first and second metal layer retained patterns by a wet etch process to expose the first insulation layer; and forming a contact hole exposing the first wire.

The double-sided electroluminescent display panel includes: a first absorption polarization structure disposed on a first light-emitting surface of a transparent electroluminescent (EL) structure, and a first reflective polarization structure disposed on a second light-emitting surface of the transparent EL structure; wherein transmission axes of the first absorption polarization structure and the first reflective polarization structure are perpendicular to each other; the first absorption polarization structure is configured to absorb light of a first wave component and transmit light of a second wave component; the first reflective polarization structure is configured to transmit the light of the first wave component and reflect the light of the second wave component.

Abstract: A method for fabricating a contact hole of an array substrate, an array substrate and a display device are disclosed, the method includes: coating a topmost layer with a first photoresist coating, exposing but not developing a part of the first photoresist coating, corresponding to a first contact hole, in an exposure process; coating the first photoresist coating with a second photoresist coating, exposing a part of the second photoresist coating, corresponding to the first contact hole, in an exposure process; developing and removing exposed parts of the first and second photoresist coatings, wherein a size of a removed part of the second photoresist coating, corresponding to the first contact hole, is smaller than a size of a removed part of the first photoresist coating, corresponding to the first contact hole; and removing parts of functional film layers, corresponding to the first contact hole, to form the first contact hole.

Abstract: The present invention provides a repairing method, a repairing device and a manufacturing method of an array substrate, the repairing method comprises: cutting off electrical connection between the pixel driving circuit and the first electrode in an abnormal pixel unit; forming a first through hole and a second through hole in a pixel defining layer according to positions of a selected candidate pixel unit and the abnormal pixel unit; forming a conductive connection part on the pixel defining layer, the conductive connection part electrically connects to the first electrode in the abnormal pixel unit through the first through hole, and to the first electrode in the candidate pixel unit through the second through hole. In the solutions in the present invention, the pixel driving circuit in the candidate pixel unit is electrically connected to the OLED in the abnormal pixel unit, so that the abnormal pixel unit is repaired.

Abstract: Disclosed are a driving method of a display panel and a display device. The driving method of the display panel includes: obtaining display data of a current display frame (S100); and inputting a data voltage to a data line according to the display data, so that the corresponding data voltages are charged into sub-pixels electrically connected to the data line (S200), where the data voltages inputted on the data line are divided into a plurality of voltage groups, each voltage group includes at least two adjacent data voltages, the polarities corresponding to the data voltages in a same voltage group are the same, the polarities corresponding to the data voltages of the two adjacent voltage groups inputted into a same data line are different, and the polarities of the corresponding voltage groups on the two adjacent data lines are different.

Abstract: Provided are a display substrate and a detection method therefor, and a display apparatus. Compensation sub-circuits that are in one-to-one correspondence with each stage of a shift register are arranged in a gate driving circuit, and a first capacitor in each compensation sub-circuit is thus charged under the control of a detection input circuit when each stage of the shift register outputs a signal stage by stage; and an output control circuit is used to disconnect the compensation sub-circuit from a pull-up node of the corresponding stage of the shift register. The triggering of each stage of the shift register is stopped after each stage of the shift register (CR(n)) completes outputting, and the output control circuit provides a signal of a first power voltage end to the pull-up node of the corresponding stage of the shift register under the control of a second control end and the first capacitor.
