Abstract: A computer visual guidance system for guiding a surgeon through an arthroscopic debridement of a bony pathology, wherein the computer visual guidance system is configured to: (i) receive a 2D image of the bony pathology from a source; (ii) automatically analyze the 2D image so as to determine at least one measurement with respect to the bony pathology; (iii) automatically annotate the 2D image with at least one annotation relating to the at least one measurement determined with respect to the bony pathology so as to create an annotated 2D image; and (iv) display the annotated 2D image to the surgeon so as to guide the surgeon through the arthroscopic debridement of the bony pathology.

Abstract: A combined cabinet and table having two hingedly connected halves each comprising a top wall, a bottom wall, a rear wall, a side wall and a front wall, said cabinet halves opening toward each other when the cabinet is closed. Horizontally disposed shelves are mounted within the cabinet halves for movement toward and away from the side walls thereof when the cabinet is open and said side walls are substantially coplanar. The shelves are removable from the cabinets and the two halves are provided with latches for holding them in the open or closed positions. The two halves are mounted upon wheels and all corners of said cabinet are rounded.

Abstract: A handpiece assembly, particularly for a dental tool or the like, having a drive shaft assembly rotatably supported within a housing which is adapted to be manually held. The tool, such as a drill, is releasably connected to the drive shaft assembly by means of a releasable coupling device which is nonrotatably supported on and axially movable relative to the drive shaft assembly, which rotates the drill. The coupling device and tool shank are provided with cooperating surfaces which prohibit relative rotation therebetween. The coupling device can be manually moved axially of the shaft to disengage the tool, whereupon the tool can then be manually rotated to disengage it from the drive shaft so that the tool can then be axially withdrawn from the handpiece assembly. The coupling device includes brake means for resisting rotation of the drive shaft assembly during the insertion or removal of the tool.

Abstract: A cushion structure constructed of a gel-like substance, such as an organosiloxane gel comprising the reaction product of an organosiloxane and a hydrogenosiloxane which is preferably a copolymer of a particular combination of siloxanes combined with an additive such as dimethylpolysiloxane. The gel is preferably covered, at least on one side, by sheet material which may be cloth, rubber, leather, foamed plastic or paper, depending upon the particular use.
