    摘要: The present disclosure relates to methods for expressing human insulin derivative in which the motif Leucine-Proline-X-Threonine appears at end of B-chain, where X is any amino acid residue. Said human insulin derivative is expressed using insulin derivative peptide and sortase. The method is to translate a nucleotide sequence encoding a single chain peptide into a precursor of human insulin derivative and combine the single chain peptide with sortase to convert a human insulin derivative precursor into a fully folded, biologically active human insulin derivative.

    摘要: A noise-maker includes an enclosed membrane having an inlet and an outlet that is filled with porous material. The noise-maker is in an inflated state when the porous material is saturated with air and a compressed state when the air is forced out of the porous material. When pressure is applied to the noise-maker, the air inside the membrane is forced through the outlet and the noise-maker reaches the compressed state. When the pressure is released, the noise-maker changes from the compressed state to the inflated state as air flows through the inlet.

    摘要: A fuel rail for a fuel injection system is disclosed. The fuel rail includes a first portion including a generally elongated base, at least one mounting bracket and a plurality of fuel cup openings in the generally elongated base. The fuel rail also comprises a second, generally U-shaped, portion having a first and second opposing sides. Each of the first and second opposing sides are sealingly connected to the generally elongated base with a laser weld. The second portion also has a supply end having a fuel supply opening, and a closed end, distal from the supply end. The closed end and the supply end are sealingly connected to the generally elongated base with a laser weld. A method of manufacturing the fuel rail is also disclosed.

The emulsion stabilizer can primarily include a poly(ethylene oxide) block copolymer.
