    摘要: The invention relates to a pneumatic relay valve for regulating output pressure in proportion to a control pressure.The relay valve includes a first piston member which is acted on by the control pressure and a second piston member which is acted on by the input pressure.A compression spring is located between the two relay piston members.The strength of the compression spring determines the height of a predetermined minimum controlled pressure even if the input pressure is subsequently lost or drops to a low value.In addition, the output pressure of a receiver can be maintained at a specific adjustable level which may be below the maximum pressure value of the input pressure due to the compression spring located between the two relay piston members.

    摘要: Apparatus for adjusting a mechanically operable load-dependent braking force regulator including a control shaft having a cam surface for setting the axial position of a push rod which controls a valve for supplying brake-operating pressure according to the axial position of said push rod. The axial position of the push rod is set by the cam surface on the control shaft which is rotated through a lever reflecting the actual vehicle load. The regulator may be set at a location away from the vehicle, such as a test rack, then installed on the vehicle. Thus it is not necessary to transport the testing equipment to the vehicle.

    摘要: An electro-pneumatic brake control device is provided for controlling the parking brake of a vehicle having compressed-air-actuated brake cylinders, at least one of which is a spring brake cylinder with a spring store part. Valve devices place the brake control device into various operating states. In a first operating state, the valve devices are at least partially supplied with current and switched such that a compressed air line to the spring store part of the spring brake cylinder is aerated. In a second state, the valve devices are at least partially supplied with current and switched such that the compressed air line is deaerated. In a third state, which can be activated in the event of failure of the electrical energy supply of the brake control device, the valve devices are switched to a currentless state such that the compressed air line is automatically deaerated in throttled manner.

    摘要: An electropneumatic brake control device for controlling an air-quantity-boosting valve device which controls a parking brake of a vehicle. A valve unit is provided that has a vent valve for venting a control input of the air-quantity-boosting valve device. The vent valve has three states. In a first state, the control input of the air-quantity-boosting valve device can be vented in a throttled manner by using an aperture. In a second state, the control input of the air-quantity-boosting valve device cannot be vented. In a third state, the control input of the air-quantity-boosting valve device can finally be vented in an unthrottled manner.

    摘要: A pneumatic vehicle brake system includes first and second groups of wheel brakes belonging, respectively, to first and second brake circuits having first and second compressed air storage tanks for providing first and second stored pressures. At least one first circuit brake cylinder is a combined spring-store/diaphragm cylinder with a spring store part for providing a parking brake and a diaphragm part for providing a service brake. If the first circuit fails, the spring store part is deaerated to engage the parking brake. A pressure sensor for measuring the first stored pressure is connected to a control unit that controls a modulator for aerating and deaerating the spring store part. The control unit generates a signal for an electrically actuatable modulator solenoid valve if the value measured by the sensor falls below a minimum value, such that the spring store part can be aerated and deaerated via the valve.
