摘要:
The application relates to a medical catheter for hypothermic treatment, with a catheter tube (10), which has at least one through-channel (11) and at least two temperature control channels (12, 13), and with at least one heat exchange element (14), in particular an expandable balloon, which is arranged in a distal catheter portion (15) of the catheter tube (10) and is fluidically connected to the temperature control channels (12, 13) in such a way that a temperature control circuit is formed. The application is characterized in that the catheter tube (10) has a smaller external diameter in the distal catheter portion (16) than in a proximal catheter portion (15).

The invention relates to a stent having a tubular woven structure (3) formed from wire strands (1, 2) interwoven with one another, wherein at least one first wire strand (1) is formed by at least two individual wires (1.1, 1.2) which run adjacently and contact one another, wherein the first wire strand (1) winds helically in a first direction around an axis of rotation of the woven structure (3) and crosses at least one second wire strand (2), which comprises at least one individual wire (2.1) and winds helically in a second direction around the axis of rotation of the woven structure (3), and wherein at least one individual wire (1.1) of the first wire strand (1) comprises an X-ray visible core material which is encased by a sheath material having a lower X-ray visibility than the core material.

The invention relates to a medical device for inserting into a hollow organ of the body. The device has a compressible and expandable lattice structure made of webs, which are integrally connected to each other by web connectors and which bound closed cells of the lattice structure, wherein the web connectors each have a connector axis extending between two cells which, in a longitudinal direction of the lattice structure, are adjacent to each other. During the transition of the lattice structure from the production state to a compressed state, the web connectors rotate in such a way that an angle between the connector axis and a longitudinal axis of the lattice structure changes, in particular increases, during the transition of the lattice structure from a completely expanded production state to a partially expanded intermediate state.

摘要:
A system for delivering a vaso-occlusive device for release within vasculature of a patient, the device containing an outer helically wound primary coil having a proximal end and distal ends, defining a lumen between them. The proximal end is detachably mounted to the distal end of an elongated delivery means. Further, the system also comprises an attachment element, at the distal end of the vaso-occlusive device and a stretch resisting member with two proximal ends and a distal end, extending at least partially through the lumen and passing through the attachment element, the distal end being releasably attached to the distal attachment element. The device has the advantage that the device is not damaged during manipulation by a physician, reducing the risk of injury to a patient.
