摘要: The invention relates to a medical aspiration system having a catheter with at least two lumens, wherein a first lumen forms an aspiration lumen which is connected to an aspiration unit for suction removal of substances from a blood vessel through an inlet opening in the aspiration lumen, and a second lumen forms an infusion lumen through which a substance can be supplied to the blood vessel through an outlet opening in the infusion lumen, wherein the outlet opening in the infusion lumen is arranged in a region between the inlet opening of the aspiration lumen and a position proximal to the inlet opening in the aspiration lumen. The invention is characterized in that the infusion lumen is connected to a cooling unit, which supplies a cooled liquid for administration through the infusion lumen.

The body can be transferred from a compressed state into an expanded state and has a circumferential wall having at least one first lattice structure and one second lattice structure. The first lattice structure and the second lattice structure form separate layers of the circumferential wall, which are arranged coaxially one inside the other and connected to each other at least at points in such a way that the first lattice structure and the second lattice structure can be moved relative to each other at least in some sections. A system having such a device is also disclosed.

摘要: A medical system for endovascular temperature control of blood and for recanalization of a blood vessel, the medical system having a catheter, a radially compressible treatment device, in particular a recanalization device, which, in the compressed state, is arranged to be longitudinally movable in the catheter and, by being released from the catheter, is radially expandable for the recanalization of the blood vessel, and a temperature control element for controlling the temperature of blood, wherein the treatment device, in particular the recanalization device, can be positioned distally with respect to the temperature control element in such a way that, during use, blood which is temperature-controlled by the temperature control element flows to the recanalization site in the blood vessel.

摘要: Medical device having compressible and expandable, circular cylindrical lattice structure, which includes circumferential segments having closed cells. The cells are bounded by four respective webs, which are coupled to each other and every two oppositely arranged webs to form a web pair. The webs of a first pair have a different shape and/or a web width at least in some sections than the webs of a second pair. The webs of the first pair can be deformed more greatly than the webs of the second pair. During the transition of the lattice structure from the expanded to the compressed state, each web of the first pair is coupled to a respective web of the second pair in such a way that two connection points oppositely arranged in the longitudinal direction (LR) of the lattice structures are moved away from each other in the circumferential direction (UR) of the lattice structure.

摘要: The invention relates to a medical device for inserting into a hollow organ of the body. The device has a compressible and expandable lattice structure made of webs, which are integrally connected to each other by web connectors and which bound closed cells of the lattice structure, wherein the web connectors each have a connector axis extending between two cells which, in a longitudinal direction of the lattice structure, are adjacent to each other. During the transition of the lattice structure from the production state to a compressed state, the web connectors rotate in such a way that an angle between the connector axis and a longitudinal axis of the lattice structure changes, in particular increases, during the transition of the lattice structure from a completely expanded production state to a partially expanded intermediate state.
