Abstract: Generally, the described techniques provide for a device determining or receiving signaling including a packet delivery time window configuration that indicates delivery windows within which transmissions may be held and/or delivery opportunities within which communications are expected to be transmitted. For example, the device may identify a packet delivery time window configuration for communications with another device. The packet delivery window configuration may indicate a periodicity, offset, start time, end time, and/or duration of the delivery windows, among other information. Based on the identified packet delivery time window configuration, the device may delay transmission of the data packet (e.g., for the duration of one or more configured delivery windows). At, for example, the end of the respective delivery window, the device may deliver the data packet to a network device for which the information of the data packet is to be used.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, an access node may synchronize a clock of the access node which is associated with communication on a local area network to a frame structure of a time-synchronized wireless network. The access node may receive configuration information relating to a quality of service profile and a first set of time intervals for the clock of the access node. The access node may map the first set of time intervals for the clock of the access node to a second set of time intervals of the frame structure of the time-synchronized wireless network. The access node may communicate on the time-synchronized wireless network during one or more of the second set of time intervals. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described for management of conditional handover (CHO) configurations. A source base station may configure a user equipment (UE) with one or more CHO configurations for multiple target base stations. The CHO configurations may provide, for each target base station, one or more associated conditions that may trigger the UE to initiate a handover to the particular target base station, or to deconfigure a CHO configuration, such as based on a measurement threshold of one or more target base station measurements, one or more source base station measurements, or combinations thereof. The CHO configurations may also include failure handling information for initiating one or more subsequent handovers responsive to a failure of an initial handover attempt.

Abstract: Aspects for enhanced logical channel prioritization mapping procedures and restrictions are disclosed. In one aspect, a method of wireless communication includes receiving, by a user equipment (UE), a logical channel prioritization (LCP) restriction configuration for a logical channel indicating a set of SRS configurations associated with the logical channel; receiving, by the UE, an uplink grant indicating an uplink grant instance and an SRS configuration for the uplink grant instance; and selecting, by the UE, the logical channel to use resources of the uplink grant instance based in part on the set of SRS configurations and the SRS configuration for the uplink grant instance. Abstract: Generally, the described techniques provide for a core network signaling to a base station a delay budget configuration that indicates a determined latency for communications between a core network, base station, and a user equipment (UE). In some cases, the core network may determine a first variable delay budget between the core network and a base station based on capability information associated with the wireless communications system. The core network may transmit the delay budget configuration to the base station, where the delay budget configuration may include the first delay budget. The base station may be able to determine a delay between the UE and the base station based on the delay budget configuration. Using the delay budget configuration, the base station may then schedule communications with the UE.

Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to techniques to increase reliability of communications within a network during a low reliability period. The network may include a user equipment (UE) communicatively coupled with one or more transmit/receive points (TRPs), with the communications between the UE and the one more TRPs requiring a reliability above a first reliability threshold. A processor of a network entity may identify a low reliability period which occurs when the reliability of the communications is determined to be below a second reliability threshold. The processor may cause the network to perform one or more remedial actions to increase the reliability during the low reliability period.

The UE may determine a processing time for the downlink data communication based at least in part on at least one of: whether the downlink data communication was scheduled via preconfigured scheduling or via a downlink grant received in a downlink control channel, or whether the downlink data communication is an initial transmission or a retransmission. The UE may transmit acknowledgement or negative acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) feedback, corresponding to the downlink data communication, using a timing indicated by the processing time. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices providing for media access control (MAC) control element (CE) configuration and triggering of sounding reference signal (SRS) are described. For example, a MAC packet data unit (PDU) may include MAC CEs and may indicate (e.g., via one or more bits in fields included in the MAC PDU, such as a MAC subheader) that one or more MAC CEs include one or more SRS configuration parameters. Such SRS configuration parameters may be used by a wireless device to determine an SRS configuration, or to update or reconfigure SRS configuration parameters of an existing or previously defined SRS configuration. In some cases, downlink control information (DCI) may be coupled to a MAC CE, such that the coupled DCI may provide additional SRS configuration parameters to be used in conjunction with SRS parameters indicated by the MAC CE. In such cases, the MAC PDU may indicate a coupling configuration.

A user equipment (UE) may tune to the radio frequency spectrum band of the AP and receive the broadcast message. The UE may identify a web resource based on the service discovery indicator and access the web resource to determine the capability configuration of the AP. The UE may access the web resource using an existing internet connection of its currently serving AP.
