Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for wireless communication. The method further includes transmitting, by the UE, a report including the MDT result, the early measurement result, or a combination thereof. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may communicate with a network entity within a wireless communications network. The UE may transmit a request for information to the network entity and, in response to the request, the UE may receive the requested information from the network entity. For example, the UE may request data from one or more data repositories associated with the network entity. In some examples, the information request may be associated with one or more measurements associated with operations of the network. In some instances, the UE may use a machine learning model to perform training or inference based on the information associated with the one or more measurements.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some examples, a user equipment (UE) may support dual connectivity. That is, the UE may establish communications with a master node and a secondary node of a wireless communications network. The master node may correspond to a master cell group (MCG) and the secondary node may correspond to a secondary cell group (SCG). In some examples, as described herein, the UE operating in dual connectivity may collect data for optimization of the wireless communications network or upon detecting a failure associated with the master cell group or the SCG and transmit the collected data to a network entity (e.g., one of the master node or the secondary node), where the collected data is based on the SCG being in a deactivated state. In some examples, upon receiving the collected data, the network entity may attempt to recover from the failure.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a remote user equipment (UE) may communicate with a network entity via a relay UE using one or more radio resource control (RRC) messages that are encapsulated in a dedicated sidelink signaling message directed to the relay UE. The UE may receive, from the network entity via the one or more RRC messages, an access stratum configuration for a sidelink unicast link between the remote UE and the relay UE. The UE may configure the sidelink unicast link based at least in part on the received access stratum configuration. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer-readable media, for a service-based cell reselection by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system. The UE may have a service relationship with a particular service. A wireless communication system may provide different types of services via different radio frequencies. The UE may determine which cells to measure for cell reselection to include those that correspond to a service of interest to the UE. In addition to power savings, the UE may experience faster cell reselection for a service. The techniques of this disclosure also may enable a priority-based cell reselection so that the UE can camp on a cell that supports a higher priority service compared to other services supported by the UE.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for handling a radio link failure timer in the presence of a conditional handover command. A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving, from a serving cell, a conditional handover command for handing over the UE to a target neighbor cell, wherein the conditional handover command includes one or more triggering conditions for executing a handover to a candidate target cell; monitoring one or more first signals from the candidate target cell for the one or more triggering conditions; and performing one of: stopping a timer based on performing a conditional handover to the target candidate cell; or detecting a timer has expired while monitoring the one or more first signals from the candidate target cell for the one or more triggering conditions.
