Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus, and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for duplex switching based on network power modes. A UE may receive a first indication that a first power mode of a network entity is associated with a first duplex type for the network entity and a second power mode of the network entity is associated with a second duplex type for the network entity. The first duplex type and the second duplex type may correspond to at least one of full-duplex communication or half-duplex communication. The UE may receive a second indication of a switch from the first power mode associated with the first duplex type to the second power mode associated with the second duplex type and communicate with the network entity based on the second power mode and the second duplex type for the network entity.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may identify an uplink resource for reporting a Doppler measurement to a base station. The UE may determine a reference signal set precedes a reference point associated with the uplink resource prior to performing Doppler measurements based on the reference signals in the reference signal set. Each reference signal in the reference signal set may occur no later than a channel state information (CSI) reference resource, or an offset relative to the uplink resource defined by a number of symbols. The UE may determine the Doppler measurement based on the reference signal set, or multiple reference signal sets and may transmit the Doppler measurement to the base station in the uplink resource.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described for systems that use resource bandwidths within one or more bandwidth parts (BWPs). Such resource bandwidths may be configured in one or more BWPs to support relatively fast switching and allow enhanced flexibility for communications within a BWP. Within one or more BWPs, downlink reference signal resources of a first resource bandwidth may be associated with one or multiple uplink resources of a second resource bandwidth, and precoding for uplink communications in the one or multiple uplink resources may be calculated based on the associated downlink reference signal resources. Additionally or alternatively, abeam used for uplink communications may be provided to the UE in transmission control information (TCI). Further, in some cases, multiple disjoint subsets of uplink frequency resources within a resource bandwidth may use different beams, according to an indication provided in TCI.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a first reference signal from a first transmission reception point (TRP) and a second reference signal from a second TRP. The UE may estimate a first Doppler shift associated with the first TRP based on receiving the first reference signal and may estimate a second Doppler shift associated with the second TRP based on receiving the second reference signal. In some cases, the UE may receive a first Doppler pre-compensated downlink transmission from the first TRP and a second Doppler pre-compensated downlink transmission from the second TRP based on a Doppler pre-compensation indication that indicates whether the downlink transmissions are Doppler pre-compensated.
