Abstract: A video stream scheduling unit may schedule resource allocations for each video frame of a plurality of video frames of video streams from a plurality of video sources based on a compressed frame type of the video frame, determine that a total frequency bandwidth of scheduled resource allocations for the frames concurrently due for transmission is greater than or equal to a threshold bandwidth, and receive the video streams from the plurality of video sources based on the scheduled resource allocations. The scheduling unit may delay or cancel a video frame with low priority or may instruct a video source to increase the compression rate of the video stream.

Abstract: The disclosure relates in some aspects to sharing wireless communication resources. For example, a first type of device allocated to use a first resource pool may dynamically use a second resource pool allocated for a second type of device. The first type of device may use an entry criteria to determine whether to use the second resource pool. In some aspects, the entry criteria may specify that resource sharing is permitted if a ratio of resources used by devices of the second type (relative to the total resources in the second resource pool) is less than a threshold. In addition, the first type of device may use an exit criteria to determine whether to stop using the second resource pool. In some aspects, the exit criteria may specify that resource sharing should stop if a ratio of resources used by devices of the second type is greater than a threshold.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described to support security techniques for ranging in wireless networks. A first device may transmit an indication to initiate a ranging procedure with a second device, and in response to the indication, the second device may transmit signaling to the first device and to one or more third devices. The first device and the one or more third devices may each determine a respective location metric associated with the second device based on the signaling. The one or more third devices may each transmit, to the first device, the respective location metric. Based on the communicated location metric(s), the first device may determine whether an eavesdropper is present and may communicate with the second device based on the determination.

A wireless device may receive, from a network entity, a control message for a radar reference signal (RRS) configuration associated with the wireless device. The wireless device may set a timing pattern for the RRS based on the control message and one or more timing parameters for the RRS configuration. The wireless device may transmit the RRS according to the timing pattern. The RRS may include one or more cyclic prefix (CP) sub-symbols and one or more RRS sub-symbols. The wireless device may receive one or more reflections of the RRS and may perform one or more processing operations on the one or more reflections of the RRS using a plurality of sampling windows. A quantity of sampling windows may be equal to a quantity of CP sub-symbols.

A first UE may monitor a set of sidelink resources including a set of slots and subchannels for the slots and determine which resources are available for communications for a second UE. In some examples, the first UE may generate a bitmap indicating which slots have at least one subchannel that is unavailable, and, for each slot having at least one subchannel that is unavailable, a bitmap indicating which subchannels are unavailable for that slot. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A transmitting user equipment (UE) such as a vehicle may identify data for transmission and transmit a request message to one or more receiving UEs (e.g., other vehicles). The request message may be associated with a first priority. The transmitting UE may monitor resources for a response message. The response message may be associated with a second priority. If the transmitting UE receives a response message, the transmitting UE may determine whether to transmit the data based on a comparison of the priorities of the request message and the response message. In some cases, the transmitting UE may transmit the data if the transmitting UE does not receive any response message. A receiving UE may receive the request message and determine whether to transmit a response message based on the priority and/or the receive power of the request message.
