Abstract:
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a data transmission and feedback processing method and apparatus. The apparatus of the present disclosure includes: a first receiving module, configured to receive a data packet sent by a second device; an identification module, configured to identify an exception by the first device according to scheduling information corresponding to the received data packet and an SN carried in the data packet; and a feedback module, configured to determine the exception by the first device and send a feedback message to the second device, where the feedback message carries an SN, so that the second device retransmits a data packet to the first device according to the SN. The embodiments of the present disclosure resolve a problem that present uniform HARQ retransmission times cannot meet QoS requirements of different services, so that HARQ retransmission requirements for QoS of different services are met.
Abstract:
A method for processing data after an unlicensed spectrum is released, and user equipment are disclosed. The method includes: when user equipment determines that a base station has released an unlicensed spectrum, monitoring, by the user equipment, release time for which the unlicensed spectrum is released a release time for which the unlicensed spectrum is released; when the release time does not exceed a time threshold, pausing, by the user equipment, a data processing process attached to the unlicensed spectrum, and resuming the data processing process after the base station re-acquires the unlicensed spectrum; and when the release time exceeds the time threshold, terminating, by the user equipment, the data processing process attached to the unlicensed spectrum, and selecting a licensed spectrum to start a new data processing process, or after the base station re-acquires the unlicensed spectrum, starting a new data processing process.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a service rate control method, system and device. The method includes: receiving, by a PGW, a PCC rule sent by a PCRF, wherein the PCC rule includes a service data flow identifier, a QCI and an ARP; and determining whether the PCC rule satisfies a new bearer establishment condition, if the PCC rule satisfies the new bearer establishment condition, establishing a first bearer according to the QCI and the ARP, and binding a service data flow corresponding to the service data flow identifier to the first bearer. The present invention solves the problem that rates of some service data flows will exceed their own GBRs continuously due to service characteristics, thereby leading a QoS of other service data flow sharing a same bearer as the service data flow cannot be satisfied, thus ensuring the degree of user experience.
Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for transmitting a data packet are provided. A user equipment UE determines that service data unit SDU delivery needs to be performed for an erroneous data packet born on a radio bearer RB of a service. If the received data packet is not received correctly after maximum retransmission times are achieved, the UE determines that a received data packet is the erroneous data packet. The UE delivers the SDU in the erroneous data packet to a radio link control RLC entity corresponding to the RB, and the RLC entity in the UE sends the SDU to an upper layer of the RLC entity. The delivery of the erroneous data packet may be achieved, so that an air interface resource may be effectively utilized and the decoding quality may be improved.

The disclosure relates to a traffic scheduling device for scheduling a transmission sequence of data packets, stored in a plurality of traffic flow queues, an eligibility state of each of the traffic flow queues for the scheduling is being maintained in a hierarchical scheduling database describing a relationship among the plurality of traffic flow queues. The traffic scheduling device includes: a plurality of interconnected memory cluster units. Each memory cluster unit is associated to a single or more levels of the hierarchical scheduling database and each memory cluster unit is coupled to at least one co-processors. At least one co-processor is software-programmable to implement a scheduling algorithm. The traffic scheduling device also includes an interface to the plurality of traffic flow queues.
Abstract:
Provided in embodiments of the present invention are a method and a device for transferring data. The method includes: transferring data to a base station via a first link, a second link offloading for the first link; if a radio link failure (RLF) occurs on the first link, transmitting an RLF indication message to the base station, where the RLF indication message is used to notify the base station that the RLF occurs on the first link; and transferring, over the second link, at least a portion of the data on the first link. According to embodiments of the present invention, when a link failure occurs between a user equipment and the base station during a mobile data offloading process, data transfer is performed via the offloading link, a time delay can be reduced and the data transfer efficiency is improved.
