    Abstract: A network side device, and a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium directed to the network side device, and a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium directed to User Equipment (UE) are provided. The network side device includes: a processor, a memory, and a computer program that is stored in the memory and that is executable on the processor. The computer program, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to: send measurement configuration information and first indication information to the UE. The measurement configuration information is configured to indicate priorities of M pieces of measurement indication information, the first indication information is configured to indicate which Radio Access Technology (RAT) type of cell or frequency the UE performs measurements on. The measurement configuration information, used by the UE, is configured to measure a to-be-measured frequency corresponding to target measurement indication information, and M is an integer greater than or equal to 1.
