Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for scheduling and bandwidth part (BWP) adaptation for extended reality (XR). A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes obtaining an indication to change at least one of a minimum control-channel-to-data-channel delay or a bandwidth for receiving a first transmission on a BWP; changing the at least one of the minimum control-channel-to-data-channel delay to a new minimum control-channel-to-data-channel delay or the bandwidth on the BWP to a new bandwidth; and receiving the first transmission on the BWP using the at least one of the new minimum control-channel-to-data-channel delay or the new bandwidth of the BWP.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a base station may transmit, and a user equipment (UE) may receive, downlink control information (DCI) scheduling a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) and indicating a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) repetition factor. The UE may transmit, and the base station may receive, a PUCCH that includes hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement feedback associated with the PDSCH. In some aspects, one or more instances of the PUCCH are transmitted across one or more uplink slots or sub-slots based at least in part on the PUCCH repetition factor indicated in the DCI. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. In some cases, a sidelink user equipment (UE) operating in a power saving mode may identify a resource reservation configuration for communicating within a resource pool allocated for sidelink communications. The UE may operate in a first power state of the power saving mode during a sensing window. The sensing window may correspond to a resource selection window of the resource pool. The UE may transition, after the sensing window, from the first power state to a second power state that may consume more power than the first power state. The UE may identify a subset of resources of the resource pool in the resource selection window that are available for sidelink transmission by the UE based on transitioning between the first power state and the second power state.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support power allocation or resource allocation for non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA). In a first aspect, a method of wireless communication includes a user equipment (UE) randomly selecting a parameter value associated with a power level of multiple power target levels, and transmitting, to a network entity and using the power level, an uplink communication. In a second aspect, a method of wireless communication includes a UE receiving, from a network entity, an indicator that indicates multiple resource candidates, each resource candidate of the multiple resource candidates overlaps with at least one other resource candidate of the multiple resource candidates, and transmitting, to the network entity and using a resource candidate of the multiple resource candidates, an uplink communication. Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to negative acknowledgement (NACK)-triggered sounding reference signal transmissions are provided. In some aspects, a user equipment may detect an error when decoding a data transmission received from a base station via a bandwidth part. The UE may then trigger, in response to detecting the error, a transmission to the BS of a first sounding resource signal using a first SRS resource set of the bandwidth part.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described to support using one of multiple types of synchronization signal blocks (SSBs) to perform one or more management procedures. A base station may configure and transmit one or more SSBs of second type that are smaller than SSBs of a first type. For instance, SSBs of a second type may include a first subset of signals and may exclude a second subset of the signals that are included in an SSB of the first type. An SSB of the second type may be transmitted in an active bandwidth region used for communications between a user equipment (UE) and the base station. The UE may receive an SSB of the second type in an active bandwidth region, may perform one or more measurements using the SSB of the second type, and may perform one or more management procedures.

Abstract: Aspects relate to radio link management for a first type of link that is a high reliability, low-latency communication link such as ultra-reliable, low-latency communication (URLLC). Radio link failure (RLF) of the link may be determined in a wireless device that then transmits a link recovery request (LRR) communicating the RLF and a request for link recovery to a network in a reserved resource in an uplink channel using a second type of link that does not have as high priority (e.g., not as high reliability or as low-latency) as the first type of link, such as enhanced mobile broadband (eMBB). The wireless device receives a grant of uplink resources from the network responsive to the LRR, where the uplink resources are used by the wireless device to transmit an RLF report to the network and are also of the second type of link.
